Dirty place. First time the waitress gave me a dirty coffee cup. I ask for a clean one. She comes back and pours the coffee in front of me into another dirty coffee cup. After having blood work done and a low sugar level, was eager to get a nice meal. Very disappointed. They didn’t even apologize. And got an attitude when I said I didn’t want to eat there.

I’ve been a loyal customer at your Boynton Beach, FL location since you opened. I’ve always spoken highly of your food and service until June 22, 2025. That morning, I called ahead for a party of 11, including visiting family. I was told by a manager we’d be accommodated at 1:30 PM. We arrived, waited nearly an hour, and were then told we couldn’t sit together. When I explained what I had been told, the manager, Lisa, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She interrupted me, spoke down to me, and walked away mid-conversation. No apology. No accountability. I followed up with a letter and included my contact information, giving your team the opportunity to respond and make things right. Weeks later, still nothing. I hope now you will take the time to respond.
Awesome Food, great healthy options & tasty coffee too. Team members are very friendly.

Food and atmosphere were great.
I was impressed by the variety of coffee and skillet-eggs they offer. Can't remember the last time I had French press served to me at a restaurant. 5/5

I went to Turning Point in Brick for lunch with my Mom on March 14, 2025.We both ordered the Seaside Jersey Club. After ordering the waitress left the table. I called her back to ask if they still offered the Citrus Salad Greens or chips and salsa? She then asked which one we wanted. When the sandwiches were served they literally had one thin slice of turkey, missing the swiss cheese but it did have lettuce, tomato and onions. My sandwich the toast was burnt plus I was served the heels of the bread. It didn't come close to looking like its photo. We ate half of the sandwich because after waiting 45 minutes we were famished. The other halves we took home to show my son the poor excuse of a sandwich. I called Corporate on Monday, March 17, 2025 and was told someone would get back to me. Still waiting. I will say I have been to other locations and was please. Brick location had a 45 minute wait even though there were numerous empty tables. It was poorly managed. If I was the waitress I would never have served a costumer those pathetic sandwiches. I didn’t ask for the manager because I just wanted to get out of there. I was do annoyed. I figured if the manager wasn’t capable of running the restaurant what would be the point in speaking to him/her. You cannot convince me they aren’t aware of the food that is sent out. There’s no excuse for serving a sandwich of that lacks quality! I sent this to them in an email and also called. Still no response. An apology would have been nice.
Great food and reasonable price!!!
I love turning point. The atmosphere is bright, clean, modern and has a cozy fire place. The service is consistently good, fast and friendly. And where can you get a good pot of coffee and a full egg breakfast with potatoes and gluten free toast (no up charge) for $12.67? Keep up the great work turning point!

My second visit, I ordered 3 take-away platters. I was excited because the food was good the first time I visited and the prices were decent. I ordered three breakfast specials, for my family. I arrived home and saw that 1 order was wrong (peppers instead of onions) and the other two platters both had pieces of hair in the potatoes. Disgusting! Very disappointed, and cannot recommend for safety/sanitary reasons.
Update: Eric from Turning Points Cafe reached out to correct the matter and I'm very satisfied with their timely action. It means a lot that they were willing to look into this issue.

This place does not offer your standard selection of breakfast items but does everything they do sell very well. You can still get pancakes, eggs, and omelettes but they are not the traditional offerings you may expect from a diner…perhaps consider these offerings a bit more upscale? Delicious French press coffee with multiple options including Jamaican Blue Mountain and 100% Kona makes every meal here so much better. While it’s no longer included on their regular menu, if the Shakshuka is offered you should definitely try it!!

I watched an employee drop the insert to the portafilter on the dirty floor then proceed to rinse it under a cold faucet for 2 seconds before preparing a customers beverage.
