This is basically a take out place. But there are tables if you need to eat there. It's just a bit sterile looking. I love the concept of being able to order various kinds of foods in one stop. Everyone can have something different! I have enjoyed both kinds of food I have tried: Asian and Mexican.

It allows our family to choose different food types, and everyone gets to order what they like. Takes away the pain of getting everyone to agree on the same restaurant.

Don't order from Wonder's Kin House unless you like dry Chinese food that is not properly sauced up or flavorful. I ordered General Tso's Chicken and Beef Lo Mein. General Tso's Chicken was lacking sauce and flavor, the broccoli with it was stringy in texture, and the onions used for it were still clumped up like it was added last minute. The Beef Lo Mein had noodles that were white and noodles that were brown, and it also had noodles that were fused together...

The only thing good was the Pork Egg Rolls which were spot on in taste, texture, and temperature.

Great food ! Get the app, order and pick-up! The ribs were so good. Mexican was yummy! Will continue to try all the other options. Service is good and food is ready when they say it is.

Honestly can't beat what you're paying versus the quality here. Ordered steak and sides last night and everything showed up piping hot - the packaging they use actually keeps things at the right temperature. My usual steakhouse dinner would've cost me twice as much with tip and drinks. Plus no waiting for tables or dealing with parking. Food tastes like it came straight from the kitchen, not some reheated mess. Super convenient when you want restaurant-quality food without the restaurant prices.

Meh. I love the variety, but the execution kind of sucks. Wings have been underdone both times we've ordered. Salad was good. Pizza (from two different spots) was okay. I feel like they'd be better off doing 5 restaurants really well than 15 just okay.

Heads up- check your bag for all items before you leave! The Thai salad was packed without the dressing- back to the store I went and not happy. The Manager was very apologetic and rectified the issue with me and a reminder to the staff . I learned a lesson- check in the bag before i check out of the store!

Edited to add- Was able to get a refund and they even credited a bit as well. Decided to try again. Pretty glad I did. Food was pretty decent. Not the best I ever had but I enjoyed it very much and would def order again. Good customer service. So sorry they were having tech difficulties.

Never got my food. Was told by the delivery driver they were closed when it was almost time for it to arrive. Tried calling them per the number on their website and was told 5 mins then was on hold for over 15. So either the delivery driver stole from me or they did. Great first experience! Would give zero stars if I could. I'll change my review to something maybe nicer when I get my refund.

Ordered food that never came. Customer service is non existent. There is no phone number to call Thr wonder that you ordered from. You have to send a text that doesn’t get responded to or call a main number that never gets answered. Do not order form here they will steal your money

Stopped in to their friends and family soft open because my brother works at the central kitchen and it was okay. Wouldn't pay these restaurant prices for reheated food if I didn't have a coupon but with a coupon or in a pinch it's fine. I went again because I was sick and it was the easiest option, or so I thought. Order got delayed at least 3 or 4 times with no option to cancel so I could get something else. Text-AI customer service left me on read when I tried to cancel, and the front-counter lady ignored my fiancé when he asked her about canceling. 20mins later we got our food and a text about a $10 credit, but to use that it obligates me to go back which I don't want to do. They forgot his entire main order of chicken as well as the spring mix in my salad so it was literally just toppings. A robot could have done better and we will be requesting refunds.

Horrible from top to bottom. Don't waste your time. Stopped in to try out the new Wonder in our area. Many menus and options to choose from. I would suggest too many because the “kitchen” seemed completely overwhelmed. I gather they are reheating prepared meals because you dont see, hear or smell any cooking going on. What you will hear is the staff yelling “i need the garlic bread” over and over again. A lot if you foolishly opt to wait on site for your food as we did. We waited for over an hour. We were not the only fools to do so. It was hard to get any attention from staff at the front counter to check on our order and, ultimately, to cancel it. We asked for refund but i am not optimistic as my phone just alerted me that my meal at Wonder is ready as i am exiting the Chick-Fil-A drive through lane with my actual meal.

The manager did come out and apologize to all those who had been waiting for 45 mins or more. He said too many orders came in in a short time. It was 5:30-6:30pm. You want to run a food court style operation, you have to be prepared for that. I wont be giving this a second chance and I will spread the word
