I’m not the type to do this but I ordered from foxs in Dubois. They forgot my sauce I paid extra for extra. So I called just to let them know all I got was a hold on the lady who was on the phone who was nice went to talk to another lady about it just for her to claim she put the sauce in it, but there was nothing. And for her to say that’s lame and laugh about it and say rude stuff just for me calling and bringing up your mistake. I order from here about once a week. So yeah...read full review
The service was unacceptable I ordered delivery to my hotel 1.5 miles from this store. I ordered it at 7:03pm and was told 45mins to an hour. The delivery driver called me at 7:57pm saying he was on his way. I said okay call me when you’re in the lobby and I’ll come meet you. Half hour later, still Never called me back. I called the store to ask what was going on and I was told they would call the driver to see where he was. 20 minutes later I called back asking for an update...read full review
