Got the Sundowner burger. It was delicious. I stopped by for lunch. I don’t know how busy it gets for dinner.

The Hitching Post is a place that has been kept basically the same since 1971. The atmosphere is comfortable and great, the music is great but not too loud. The food and service are top notch and really good. Wings are definitely the highlight of the menu and Burgers are also very good. Breakfast can be good with attentive, helpful, fast waitress work. The staff are nice and perfectly attentive, they are there when you need them but not bothering your mouth full of food. There wasn’t a drink they didn’t know how to make. The place can be a great place for a Friday night with beers and friends or a large group on Saturday night. Rooms are by the hour for an adventure.
