I went into Fox’s to order a togo meal tonight because I couldn’t cook while a massive hurricane was heading towards my home. while there, I dealt with Sadie and she was amazingly kind. I was frazzled and couldn’t really order well and she was very patient with me, and she even wrote a very sweet note wishing my family safety back home in FL on my wing box. it’s really nice to have people not from your home still care about what’s happening to your home. Sadie deserved one hell of a raise for how kind she was.

I love foxes I do. I order from this one specifically all the time. So tell me why our pizza was burnt and why my sandwich had tomatoes on it when I specifically said no tomatoes. They even repeated it back to me on the phone. I have to say I was very disappointed.

by far the worst service I’ve ever had by the manager and the young lady that took the order they mess up the order never was apologetic about. It was rude. Do not order from this place. I’ve been ordering for over 30 years and I will never order again I don’t know what they got going on there but absolutely terrible I’ve never had a manager be so disrespectful because they made a mistake, I appreciate defending your employee, but the employee was wrong and had to make them repeat the order back to me not once but twice and was still wrong and that’s their new policy of having to repeat the order back without customer and I following the rules and the order is wrong and now I’m getting a stomachache from it made me feel like I was a terrible person. I will never order from this place again after 30 years.
