The food was excellent and plentiful and the catering staff was professional, friendly and made sure no bowl or pan stayed empty! Prior to the event, they made it easy to plan our menu. “This is how it should be. Coming from the southwest where I grew up, I've been in withdrawal, a desperate need for Mexican food that doesn't suck or cost $20 a plate.
This is how it's supposed to be. You pay 3 bucks, and you get a taco packed full of meat that's been marinating in a great blend of spices. You get salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc on top til it's overflowing. Not necessarily "authentic" Mexican food, but the kind of stuff you can find in working class neighborhoods in Phoenix, where you might be the first gringo to walk in in a week. And it's GOOD food.“
