Me and my husband stopped by to get ice cream on our way home after dinner. It wasn’t even busy inside but it took over 30 minutes for a simple mini M&M blizzard and small hot fudge sundae. There was a girl just standing at the front counter not even doing anything. I think over 30 minutes for simple ice cream is more than a little ridiculous.

Sat in line for almost 20 minutes for 2 Blizzards. They were the consistency of a milkshake which is a regular thing there at the Hollidaysburg DQ each time we order there! Had to ask for whipped cream which was supposed to be already part of the blizzard ordered! Be careful I’ve been charged extra for asking for whipped cream when the hot cocoa Oreo blizzard is ordered!

It was my first time going to this location but was extremely disappointed. There was graffiti in the form of stickers everywhere. The drive thru wait was extremely long. Then, I asked for NO graham base in my royal cheesecake blizzard and before it was even close to being ready, we asked for verification that it was indeed No graham base. The girl looked up at the screen to confirm it. We then waited longer while a conversation amongst workers occurred. Then, the blizzard was finally brought out and was immediately turned upside down and it poured on the floor. Then, they quickly brought another, I assume the same one or perhaps the original mistake one considering how long it took this time. Then, the guy poured more of the strawberries on the floor and laughed about it stating that it's just the strawberries. You mean the strawberries that I paid for and requested?! Also, what is the point of turning the blizzard upside down? Was I supposed to get something if it poured out? Then after all that, I did indeed get graham base which I repeatedly said that I didn't want. I only found 3 cheesecake cubes and barely any strawberries probably because it was all over the floor. So, I basically waited forever for a graham base blizzard which I didn't want and the outside of the cup was wet with ice cream and my husband's cup added quite a bit of melted ice cream into our cup holder. We definitely won't be returning to this location.

20 plus minutes in line with only 3 cars in front of us. Ordered a chocolate malt, got a few various bits of i don't know what other candies spilled in my drink. Was late, do I didn't see, not when I got home, realized they also sat my cup in someone's ice cream and it was all over the car. Wife got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard no graham. Even asked again at the window and was confirmed no graham... of course there was graham in it, but only 2 bits of cheesecake sitting at the very bottom of the cup. But even worse, they tipped the cup before giving it to us and dumped all the strawberry out, not sure why it was so runny. After they composed themselves from standing there laughing about dumping out all our topping, closing the window and setting the cup down, someone else came over and gave us the exact same cup, tipping it again, spilling out again what little of the topping remained... Wasn't there some policy of doing something if they dump out your ice cream? Seems I'm not the only one here mentioning things like this, they must be riding out good reviews from whenever they opened because there are far too many negative reviews over the last year even to have any kind of 4+ star rating. Clearly the owner isn't active or doesn't care, because seems to be plenty of other complaints about management as well, this has been going on for a long time, and nothing's being fixed. I recommend everyone stick with other local establishments, like the one just half a block away.

When i go through a drive through i do not want to be there for a long time. Every single time I come here I experience new levels of taking forever. I literally watched cars leave the line because they don't have time to wait 30 minutes for an icecream.

Dairy Queen is not the creamy ice cream it used to be.
7 or 8 cars in front of us in the drive thru. 20 to 25 minutes wait, no problem with that if they hadn't made the ice cream up and let it sit on the counter and melt and then pass it off to the customer. Not just a little melted it was really melted. Plus, the butterfinger blizzard had no butterfinger in it and was melted to a milkskake. The small sundae was a mini size like 7 or 8 bites. Before that, missing items to the meals. 4 or 5 visits and we never received the correct order and/or quality product from this location.

Genuinely the worst dairy queen in the state. Brand new building full of new equipment and tons of employees but you still spend thirty minutes just trying to get through the drive through. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. They're pathetically slow.

I did an online order and waited at the window so long I wondered if they forgot me. I order an Oreo Blizzard that had such a small amount of oreo in it. They pieces were so fine all you could taste was vanilla. These blizzards are over $5 start making them so you can taste the add ins. Second time in a row this happened

The young man behind the register consistently wiped his nose on his bare arm, then proceeded to deliver food. I watched a young lady loading a tray with fries. With her bare hands. Totally disgusted.
The young man running register at the window was super friendly keep it up
I recommend the hamburger menu, they are very tasty and satisfying.
They also have a drive through!
Always awesome
