Cancelled my order entirely because they can’t accept $100 bill. Called the store before food left, and told them I would tip well and change was needed. Nope, denied it and told me to go out to get change due to their policy. What’s the point of a delivery… to not leave your house LOL! What a joke ! Super unprofessional in my opinion and a driver lost out on a very nice tip for Christmas season. Disappointed to say the least.

Their prices are not really competitive and then they charge you a delivery fee on top of your order which affects the tip for the delivery driver

i ordered a large pepperoni pizza with no cheese on one side and cheese on the other. plus a pasta bowl. the pasta was okay. they forgot a fork with it. the pizza was cold when it arrived after a long “quality check” cheese all over the pizza and was cut terribly.

Incompetent people work at this location. This is the second time I've received a garbage incorrect order. I ordered basically a well-done supreme pizza that was delivered lukewarm and soggy without green peppers. Gave a $10 tip, which came to a total of $40. Didn't even get an apology when I called. I was told they would give me a credit of $20, and I'm supposed to trust they would just remember my name the next day. Well, they can keep it because I don't plan on ever coming back to this location. They care more about leaving to go home on time instead of fixing up an order they screwed up. I'm tired of receiving rushed incomplete orders from this location. Now I'm forced to cook my own meal late at night because of your incompetence.
