The lettuce was wilted. The dessert was out of everything and the service was poor. We will not stop there again. We spent over $50.00 for a disappointing meal. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered a chicken mac n cheese bowl and got a mashed potato bowl instead, they finally brought out the mac bowl and instead of the BBQ I asked for on it (one of the 2 options) they put hot sauce on it instead. When I brought this up to the woman in purple (Donna) her response was "Now what's wrong??" Bad service for a mistake YALL made... shitty attitude from Donna who brought the "replacement" out when I pointed out it was still wrong. The salad bar was the saving grace otherwise I wouldn't have gotten anything to eat.

Our waitress was so rude! Took almost 10 mins for her to come over to take our order, and when she did we had our whole order ready to go! She wanted to just get the drinks first. We just wanted to order and roll. When asked why she was so rude? She was like do u want another server?!? Yep!!! Then for the rest of the meal everyone that worked at the restaurant was starting at my son and I! Very uncomfortable. Food was good, but will never go back!!!

$21 for a 6oz sirloin with a mediocre salad bar and a side of soggy cold fries? Are you kidding me? You can run up the road to Texas Roadhouse and get a 16oz sirloin with 2 delicious sides for only a $1-$2 more. This place prices things as if they were a 5 star fancy restaurant. Not even a 2 star restaurant in my book. Won't be back.

Just no! Pushy rude staff that literally push you out of their way, we have gotten sick both times we've come here, no thank you!

Normally I enjoy this restaurant, not this evening. We arrived at 6:50 we were seated quickly, server was excellent! I understand you don’t want to waste food by filling up the bar close to closing time. BUT, with an hour and a half left they were still advertising they had crab soup. So I thought I’ll just do the soup and salad bar… only to see empty warmers where the soup was. We even asked if they were going to fill it, only to be told they were out, what was out there is all they had. Mac&cheese was incredibly dry, chicken noodle soup was broth with maybe 2 noodles left, the desserts were pretty much gone. I guess my biggest complaint here is if you’re out of something you probably shouldn’t be advertising that it’s still available. The staff seemed very nice and I’m sure are just doing whatever management has in place for them.

Been a long time fan of Hoss's...just stared going more frequently again....Everything is fresh & delicious....the only complaints I have is they no longer have the 2 chicken breast meal option anymore and the prices have dramatically increased, but the price situation is more a result of the disastrous economy were in , as it's across the board for all restaurants.
