I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order for table service, but my food was never brought to me. I watched as several other parties who ordered after me received their food at their tables without issue. I eventually had to go get it myself. The lack of service felt targeted and unfair, and I left feeling unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible store . They never get anything right . Oj machine is still down . Multi Billion dollar and that can’t be fixed . Awful customer service. Probably a blessing but I won’t be back . Wendy’s is next door they do better .

For all those who write negative reviews about this place, try getting food from the Plank Road location sometime.. this location, in my experience, is probably the best location you can get McDonald's in a 5-mile radius. Sometimes the food won't look picture perfect. It's McDonald's, not a gourmet restaurant. But I have had no problems with this location. The order is always right, the food tastes decent, and despite me ordering delivery from this location, I've heard many good things about this location, such as friendly customer service compared to the Plank Road and Downtown Altoona locations, cleanliness is on point, as well as many other things. So yeah, if you want McDonald's without having to worry about all the chaos from the other 2 locations, come to this location for a pleasant experience :)

My wife took my kids there after dropping me off at work. 1 child got chicken, the other 2, got burgers. The two that got burgers have food poisoning and have red flushed faces and cannot stop puking. Called and was told by a guy who said his name was Bob that I was a liar because they are very good about food safety, I flipped out and he hung up. I kept calling, in hopes of getting another person, a woman answered and wouldnt provide her name, sounded like a young girl, she literally was laughing about it on the phone and said "thank you for your concern". DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT EAT HERE! I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!!

Food is always slapped together with absolutely no care given. No acknowledgement when given your food , they just hold the bag out the window and say nothing. The manager better start overseeing these employees. This location is lacking in so many ways.
