I. Grew up right across the street from the very first Mrs. Groves bakery. Then followed them to downtown Altoona., and now out to where they are now. I love their peanut sticks. But you can't get wrong with anything you choose.

Since they moved I had forgotten how wonderful Mrs Groves sticky buns were until I purchased some from my nieces fundraiser. Holy moly! I will be driving the extra 10 miles to get them now. Nothing else compares!

It was our first visit. We had the spinach quiche and it was very delicious. We will try mushroom quiche next time. And the staff were friendly and courteous. The interior appears a need of some professional touch.

Mrs. Grove's has become a weekly tradition for my daughter and I. The cakes are delicious, but the cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing are our top pick. Really, the icing is incredible no matter what flavor you pick! Definitely recommend!

I love to bake, but when I want a treat that I didn't bake, Mrs. Groves is my go-to. Fresh made baked goods - muffins, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, donuts, and other pastries are all made from proven recipes. They have excellent service and are very knowledgeable.

Can I just tell you how happy your cake made my daughter? Disbelief is an understatement. She was so excited about it I can’t put into words. Each cake comfortably feeds 25-35 people (depending upon on who takes seconds) 12 out of 5 stars ⭐️
