I will never order from here again..the food is disgusting and the workers are rude..I called trying to explain politely that all of my food was not delivered and the lady insisted that I didn't order it when I'm looking right At the doordash order ..I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction.The food they did delivery was dry and gross just like the personality of the witch who answered the phone .NEVER AGAIN...🤢

Food is usually fine but multiple times I've ordered and they arrive 25-45 minutes later than the time they give me for delivery. No call from them saying there going to be late or anything

We ordered a large pizza and they forgot a topping. I called them and they let us keep the first pizza and made us a whole new pizza for free. They did it so fast too and they were so nice! Apologized a ton and thanked us for being so understanding. Both pizzas were also so good! This was our first experience with this Pizza Hut but that excellent service will definitely make us come again!

Ordered through Uber Eats and picked this location specifiaclly because they have a carry out window and I planed on traveling with my dog that I didn't want to leave in the car. I was informed when I pulled up to the window that I could not have my order becuase it was through Uber Eats. Again I only ordered there because last week I did this same thing and was handed my order through the window so I though it would be no issue. Not only was it an issue, the employee who was the same person who handed me my order last week was rude. Making me come inside for my order which was already paid for was completely rediculous. The attudude from the employee made it even worse. She could have handed me my order and explainded how next time I would have to come in if I order through Uber. Saying I can't hand you your pizza through this window and that you have to come in to the restruant blew my mind. Then was rude to me when I got in there.

I won't be ordering from here any more..My pizza was way over cooked and I ordered garlic Parmesan boneless wings and when they delivered it I was given buffalo wings.. It's definitely not worth the price...I will still with Mama Mia's here in Duncansville..
Pizza is always on time. And drivers are awesome. We make sure to tip them well for their efforts. But this is the third time we've gotten pizzas that were tore up from the bottom. As well as it's not fully cooked.

The staff is always very nice at this location. When there was an issue with the timing on my order they put a rush on it and even upgraded my food. 10/10 customer service and I appreciate the friendly staff
