I went to this dunkin this morning and while I was waiting for my food, this young lady decided to touch her hair while wearing her gloves (mind you she was taking out the food from the oven) and had the audacity to not change her gloves… not saying she has dirty hair but that’s dirty. I would expect you guys to know better because if ur gonna be working in food service, at least be clean about it.

For a dunkin it's good. Wish it had a drive thru. Don't look too long at the ceiling tiles otherwise you'll get creeped out.

Arrived at 7:55 pm and doors were locked even though it states open till 8pm. Guess employees want to leave early and no management around to make sure they stay open until closing time

Today I was at the register placing an order and the employee named Sharon looked me up and down and I paid for my order with my Apple Watch and I put my hand out for the receipt and Sharon threw it on the counter instead. I walked away and the next customer in line a white lady then pays for her food she hands her receipt and change to her with a polite smile and have a nice day. I said to her you could have handed me the receipt in my hand like you did this lady right here. She didn’t even look at me and walked away from the register and walked to the back. Mind you I was so polite to her so I don’t know what I did to get treated like that. This is not even my first encounter with this lady. Approximately a month ago I ordered a hot coffee that I order very often here for 2.87 she charged me 4.75. I say this is weird it’s usually not that high. Well it turns out she ordered me an ice coffee and that was the reason for the price change. So I tell her I don’t order an ice coffee I ordered a hot. She takes the ice gives me the hot coffee I ordered and only gives me 75 cents. 3 quarters. I should have been given back 1.88 but that wasn’t the case. Everyone else in the store is nice. I order CHAI them I got milk mix with water I order a sandwich them I got burn eggs and bacon 🥓 yuk.
Got avocado toast this morning. Opened my box to see only one bite of bacon.

used to be reliable, but they have regularly gotten our order wrong the past 5 times. given a black iced coffee today instead of an iced vanilla latte, and one hot latte was only filled to about 2 inches below the brim of the cup.
