Although their sandwiches are over priced, they are pretty good. Not crazy about their added flavors in theircoffees, they have an odd aftertaste I do not care for.But my major complaint this time was that I couldn't see any bacon sticking out of my sandwich this time so I looked inside and there was one tiny piece maybe 2 inches long! I'm sorry but I have had probably nearly a hundred of them! Suffice it to say that I'm addicted! Usually there is lots of bacon which in my opinion is the best tasting bacon in a breakfast sandwich in any fast food restaurant in this area!So I was quite annoyed so I took it back to the counter and complained. The counter person was very good about it and actually gave me more bacon ? ?. So they did make amends but it should not have happened in the first place. If I had gone through the drive through, I doubt I would have returned. But I wonder if this a common practice at this branch in order to cut costs so sadly I will avoid this branch and head to one I KNOW won't be so stingy! Just remember that while some people may not pay attention because they are busy, those of us who want the most bang for our buck...well we pay attention especially to BACON!! And I want to thank the counter person who rectified this for me. Awww man now I'm thinking about it, got to head out to my local branch and get one!

This is my second time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I must say it is as disappointing as my first visit 2 weeks ago not only are those employees sad and rude, The coffee is horrible either it’s too dark or too light too hot or to cold and the coffee taste like water. I definitely won’t be visiting this place again and just for next time or for the record, please get a new manager, put some happiness in that place because it’s horrible

Terrible workers all they do is stand there and talk stood there 4 minutes then someone came over told her my order then she told someone else to take my order which was 2 coffees and half dozen of donuts took them 5 minutes then I'm waiting and I was looking for my order didn't tell me it was all the way at the end of role won't go there again

The food is decent and the coffee is very good. The service was excellent and the workers are patient and friendly. The ambience was welcoming.
EVERY time I place a to go order for pickup, it’s never correct. I constantly have to “ask the cashier” for my donut. Nobody wants to wait in the line that’s why you offer mobile pickup. Last 4 orders have been this way, have people’s items READY FOR PICKUP.

There's definitely new owners. I use to love going to this dunking after a long 12 shift. The staff aren't friendly at all, you can tell the employees hate their job. Everytime I ask for signature they screw up my order. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and the croissant taste like wet bread ... uck had to toss it. They're building a Starbucks near by so hopefully today was my last visit.Parking: Tight, but plenty of parking.

The most recent five star reviews have definitely been written by friends of the owner or staff members. Spencer Decker is one example because I have literally seen him working at this Dunkin… (see below, unless he deletes his review after reading this one.) They are scrambling to put five star reviews up in anticipation of the Starbucks that is opening up the street. The service at this Dunkin is mostly appalling. Most of the young teenage female members of the staff are rude to the customers. They resent being interrupted while scrolling on their phones. I prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks any day, and I would hate to see this one close. However, Starbucks knows how to treat it customers with courtesy and pleasantness. I hope this Dunkin owner/manager, cleans house of his or her ignorant female staff members, and gets his game on. This is unlike any other Dunkin’ I have been to. I will go to N. Main Ave., until things improve here.

Dunkin in dunmore was absolutely filthy when I went in at 12 know matter how busy a place is it should never look that way floors glass doors everything was dirty
