So I go to this location a lot since its close to my job. I used my mobile app to order my breakfast or lunch whichever i am getting that day. So i order my lunch today and when I get to the drive thru window as i am sitting there watching the 4 workers including one of the management team stand there and talk and talk and talk as she is holding my food in her hand. Finally I get one to acknowledge that i am there and I ask for my food so the young girl at the window hands me my food and abruptly closes the window. No I am waiting for my drink. She finally reopens the window and I ask for my drink and I state that I am kind of in a rush I need to get back to work. The girl response by saying well if you are in a hurry then maybe you shouldn't come here again, as the team member from management is LAUGHING. Seriously.........

I haven't worked here in 15 years and the soda machine in the lobby is still broken as it was when I worked here. You would think after all this time you would just spend the money to fix the damn machine. No let's instead have customers hear workers complaining they have to get ice for them cause you the owner are too cheap to fix the machine. It's not the workers fault it's broken this freaking long it's yours(owner). Don't be a cheap twat waffle
