I haven't worked here in 15 years and the soda machine in the lobby is still broken as it was when I worked here. You would think after all this time you would just spend the money to fix the damn machine. No let's instead have customers hear workers complaining they have to get ice for them cause you the owner are too cheap to fix the machine. It's McDonald's and it's a drive through. I hate that I have to pull in to a parking spot and order on my phone so that I can save money. I literally pull into a spot, pull out and into the drive through lane. You've collected my data, congratulations. I have almost completely stopped eating there because of it.

This McDonald’s has always been amazing. Tonight I stopped for happy meal and an extra fry. Upon getting home, Something got missed, Which happens because we are all human ?
I called the store and spoke to Jocelyn, which was completely amazing to deal with. She listened to my problem, Noted the problem for her mentor And told me the options that I had to rectify the situation.
