Nina's Wing Bites & Pizza in Dunmore

Terrible. Ordered online, but never got my confirmation email. No one would answer the phone. I went to the location & my pizza was done but not the rest of my order. I asked for a refund for my order since I waited over 2 hours. I was told it as be refunded. I asked for a receipt & I wasn’t able to receive one but I would get one sent to my email & refund will take a week. I explain that I never got a confirmation on my order & I would like to know it’s refunded. I was told there’s nothing they can do. So, all in all, I paid $50 for a TRAY of PLAIN pizza. I will never order again nor will I recommend to anyone. Absolutely terrible service & rude employees.

We ordered white garlic parm wing bites they were the worst I have ever had.. the butter was in the bottom of the bag no garlic flavor at all.

This is why we love Nina‘s not just because of the delicious food, but because of the customer service, I was given the wrong wings for the first time in probably 10 years and I couldn’t rectify it because it was closed by the time I realized it so I called today when I had a minute after my first job and immediately Was told that I could pick them up after my second job now and it’ll be the right one. I offered to bring back the wings because I cannot eat them. I have a slight allergy Garlic and high amounts thank you for excellent customer service

Great wings and bites. Buffalo Garlic Parm knocked my taste buds out cold! Like getting kicked in the tongue by Chuck Norris. Staff was great, very friendly. Price was good compared to others.

I love this place, any time I'm anywhere near here I have to stop and get the mild wing bites. Every time I talk to anyone about wings I always bring up Ninas. I tell everyone about them. And if your getting anything here, you have to get the mild wing bites, they will change your life.

Just walked in here on my way back from Philly. By far best Boneless Wings I’ve ever had. Being from Rochester. Bone in is our way. But if I could get these boneless wings for the rest of my life I would never go back to bone in wings. Thank you Nina, it was so nice to meet you today. I love Philly , you will be my go to spot on my way down every time!

I don’t know what happened to the food. Nina’s used to be much better. Wing bites are very inconsistent. One order was way over cooked and contained more small breading pieces than I’ve ever seen. I’d say about 30% of one order was just breading. The hot wing pizza I ordered had almost no sauce on it which made it very dry.

It’s sad to see what has happened to Nina’s. Their food used to great, but it’s just way too inconsistent to eat at anymore especially for the price. It’s been a problem here for quite some time. It’s been a while since I ordered and tried it again to see if problems still persisted. And unfortunately they did.

Unfortunately I ordered on DoorDash yesterday for the first time and received a dark brown/black hair in my food. Just for the fact of that I will never return. Wasted one of our garlic knot sandwiches on the order because of it. Doordash said they don’t refund for issues like that.

I got some mild wing bites and they tasted like the recipe got changed dramatically. I called to ask if the sauce was changed was told no. It definitely was mild sauce was way too hot and used to be sweet.

They have indoor seating here now!! Order the 1 pound mild wings, they cook them and toss them in sauce to perfection. Pizza is not my top choice, but it is for some.

Delicious food! We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and ham and the bone in mild garlic Parmesan wings. The crust is thick and they put a good amount of cheese on the pizza. The wings have such good flavor it reminds me of seafood boil flavors, it did have a little bit of sweetness to it so if that isn’t your thing then keep that in mind if you order that flavor. We ordered online and it said it would take an hour for our food but within 25-30min I got a text saying the order was ready. Give this place a chance if you’re interested !!

Delicious and extraordinary! Delivered quickly, still warm, clean, not messy, high quality food, just perfect. You can certainly tell they make their food with quality and precision. We will absolutely be ordering from here all the time. Thank you for the delicious dinner tonight for my family!! Oh, and great prices, too! Thank you!
