I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff here is fantastic. They are all so upbeat and just know how to make someone’s day better and brighter. My drinks are always made perfectly. 100 stars!

I’ve tried to be patient with this location, but the service keeps getting worse. This morning I ordered a large iced white mocha with extra whip cream through the drive-thru. Not only was there NO extra whip, but I was given a short straw so I couldn’t even drink my coffee properly. After work I stopped back just to get a larger straw, and no one offered to replace or remake the drink—just handed me a straw and sent me on my way.
This is not the first time my order has been messed up here. When customers are paying high prices, the least you can do is get the order right or make it right when there’s a mistake. I ended up wasting my money and couldn’t even enjoy my coffee.
Really disappointing customer service and zero effort to fix their own mistake.

I have had several issues with ordering my drink the way I like it at this location. I have been ordering it for the last 15+ years this way. The staff and the manager have both given me issues and I spoke with other locations to find out what the policy is and Ive also spoken with corporate who said the store should be following the policy of the company. I've never had an issue at any other location. I've litterally ordered this drink over 2600 times and never had a problem.

The service is hit-or-miss. It is not uncommon to wait at least 5-10 minutes for a walk-in mobile order that was placed at least that amount of time prior to arrival. I do enjoy coming in the mornings, though improved timeliness in order fulfillment is an area where there is room to grow.

Horrible service. Waiting for over 40min just to be told they ran out of most of my order. In the mean time someone else that was here before me waiting on his order was told that his items were sold as he was waiting.

Retrain asap please because why is my iced doppio in a grande and why when i ask for a splash of cream am i given a breve latte. syrup bottles are either low or need to be pumped down fully. 23 dec 2035 2:25 pm DT.

If you guys want cake pops go to Kay’s Daily Grind in Moscow - they have bigger cake pops for half of the price at Starbucks and they are better

Slowest Starbucks ever at,.... 24 minutes for an expresso, whike drivethru + got served befor they even gave my drink thought (went inside thinking would be quicker)...

People leaving this location frequently pull out in front of other cars without looking. People entering often abruptly stop and turn without signalling or back up to the highway with stopped traffic on the road at a busy intersection. Poor planning created dangerous traffic patterns. I don't buy Starbucks but is has made my commute worse

Horrible service for walk-in. I was told mobile orders come first, when they are caught up on mobile orders they do walk in orders. Woman with dark hair and ponytail bitched at me for waiting for my walk in order. Took over 30 mins for a Chai latte with NO extras. 3 other people in my party ordered after me but got their orders within a few minutes.

Great new store, watch the sunset over the mountains in outdoor comfy loungers or straight table and chairs. True comfy bench inside, nook, all the chairs have padded seats and backs if you plan to stay and get work done. Friendly crew that pay attention to the details. This store is way up on my all-time favorites list. One of the best designed stores I've seen in my 20 year global Starbucks experience!!

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever, young kids that just don’t care. Waited for our drinks for over 45 minutes while the drive through cycled through no problem. Poorly run and managed. Dont stop here if you need a quick in and out.

If I could give many more starts, I would! My dayghter and I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks. It's clean, everyone is friendly and they are very good with my daughter's food allergies. Each and every person there has been extremely accommodating and very kind about it. This is something hard to find. We are grateful we can go to a place we trust where the service is top notch and so are the people. Thank you!
