I have been waiting 10 years for a Starbucks to open near my home. I was super stoked when I saw they were finally open, but I will admit that the crew needed some training in the first couple of months. My coffees were almost always watered down, and the coffee itself didn't taste right. The good news is, there has been much improvement since the opening day! My drinks taste how they should, sometimes even better than expected, and I can't forget to mention the crew. They are always super nice, and I'm greeted when I pick up in store. I always feel so welcomed when I walk in. I don't see many people try and make an effort just to say hello. Also, the atmosphere is great. The patio is pretty big, has comfy seats, and is very inviting.

We were passing through PA and called this store to see if they had the new Discovery series. Not only did they have the mugs they were kind enough to offer to set 2 aside for us. Once we got there we found the service and atmosphere to be very friendly. Nice clean restrooms. Also enjoyed our drinks. Love the mugs. Thank you!!

Soo this is my local starbucks, and i was soo grateful to have one near my daily commute now, BUTTTT recently my high opinion of this location has just flushed itself right down the toilet. If you enjoy anything made with lavender powder, so basically any lavender thing on the menu, which they hyped up to no end this spring, you are out of luck. Right now it is june 6th 2024 at 5:30 pm, and this is DAY NUMBER 5 that they do not have it. This has also happened multiple periods of time since they first started offering lavender, so its not just a one time thing. I frequent this location so much that a lot of the employees know me by name, and they also know that no matter what I order I always have some type of lavender add it to my drink, whether it be cold, foam, or straight lavender powder into the drink itself. I have made them aware of this multiple times as well, and they do not seem to be too concerned with fixing it even though I know, for a fact, they are losing customers over this, me included. None of the other Starbucks locations in the area, (Dickson city freestanding location, target location, Steamtown mall location target location) EVER have an issue with this, so im over it with the excuses. Order enough product!! Especially ones that are heavily advertised.

I absolutely love how they hand me the entire credit card machine when I have to tap my card. I feel as though I am one with Starbucks when I have the credit card machine hanging out of my driver side window. I’m in such control of my overall purchasing ability. I’m glad to assist the workers in this process. I actually might apply to Starbucks now.

Just placed my first mobile order at the newly opened Dunmore Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised at the service. The mobile app right now only allows drive through pickup which worried me as I ordered on a weekday at 830am. But as I pulled in there was NO line and my drink was ready. It was made properly and the staff was nice. This location has quite a bit of parking is right off the intersection near Sheetz. One tip - watch your angle entering the parking lot! There is quite a pothole that could damage your car if hit with speed or if your car rides low to the ground.

This is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve been to in our area ! Staff always greets me and acknowledges my presence unlike other locations. Drinks are always consistent ! 10/10
