I arrived at 8:45. They open at 8:30, it's clearly stated on the door. I walked up to the counter and the worker came from the back to say "we aren't even open yet" I asked when they open, he walked over to the clock and said "probably not until like 9am" which means they are behind on prep or whatever else they need to do. It would be fine if he cared about being open late instead of making up a time they open. I've been on the road for 4 hours, and this was my one stop for food. Put up a sign or something. I've worked at Subway, by myself, doing prep while serving food during rush time. the food was open in the containers. He could take a break from whatever he was doing in the back for 5 minutes to make food, considering they ARE open.

I got door dash delivered at 8:30 tonight..ordered the ultimate BMT with lettuce, red onion, banana peppers & mayo. I got a nauseating amount of mayo &2 banana peppers and 1 piece of each cold cut..absolutely pathetic sandwich. What does it take to get something so simple? I'm disgusted & the owner should be too. Don't even deserve one star

Last night about 6pm I took my family in for hoagies and the woman that helped us was fantastic. It’s hard to get good customer service these days. She had long dark brown hair and about 5’5. She deserves a raise! I’ll be going back! The Service and food 10/10!

One time they gave me a tuna sub instead of something I ordered. Not only could I not eat what was given to me, they refused to refund me and then provided a coupon for a free 6 inch sub even tho it was a footlong. Amazing these places still exist.

The new menu is terrific. Ingredients are always fresh, choose pretty much any combination of veggies and sauces, and the counter servers are always friendly. Always recommend this for a great lunch, even dinner.
