Wow they messed up my order asked politely to change it they said sorry we already made it and gave me the food. Like i said i didnt want to cause a scene but never again going here. Cashier name was Pamela if anyone cares, seeing the comment on here looks like no one does.

For the 1st time ever I tried their breakfast!! How disgusting!!! I got the French toast meal!! Taste like grease. The coffee taste burnt!! I went at 8am on my way home from work. I was the only car and they just opened. How can the food and coffee ☕️ 😫 taste so bad??

Update (10/21) Yep yall guessed it! Missing a dam sandwich again, this is wild gang! Update (10/17) use mobile app see offer for free fry’s cool add it, then add my meal. Pick up the food and wouldn’t you know it! Got my free fries but not the ones I paid for with my meal. More missing food!. I’m going to update this every time they screw up. Again today(10/02), missing half the dam food. I’m so confused on how hard it is. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for a mobile order. Finally get it leave get back to work and half my dam food is missing. Super frustrating for a simple food order this is the 5th time I’m now having issues with this place.

Ordered a Dave’s triple burger. Just the sandwich. They couldn’t understand the difference between a sandwich and a meal. I paid for a full meal and got a plastic cup of water and waited until the “MANAGER” figured it out. 10 minutes later, I had to pick my son up, So I left. Great job!! WENDY’S FRANCHISE OWNER IN DUNMORE PENNSYLVANIA. Hire more incompetent people!

Worst experience of my life went through the drive through had them mess up our order multiple times didn’t even get charged right SMH I would question the quay the food here undercooked bacon maybe Raw I would highly cautious of ever ordering here Run Away this place sucks

We used the Wendy's app. It is difficult to get delivery to our area. Kids love Wendy's, despite the general decline over the years. We made the order and it said 35 min delivery. Order was made at about 845 pm to a store open until 12 am at least. To clarify, order was complete and paid at that time, not just started. Left the app and continued the night. Got a message to hubby's phone around 920 saying on its way. Later than expected, but it's too late to change restaurants. Food arrives at 10 pm exactly, without any drinks and missing ordered condiments. Thankfully, we did get straws and spoons. The food was all cold (all, not even lukewarm) with a tinge of messy (burgers wet and sloppy). The delivery service told us to cancel the order and they would refund us (somehow thought it was Wendy's delivery, but we now realize Wendy's uses Doordash). There is no ability to do this through the Wendy's app, so we called Wendy's. We were told they would refund $16 for drinks. I don't know about y'all, but part of the joy of consuming high calorie fast food is being able to enjoy your beverage of choice with your cold fries. Now we get cold food and no drinks. Really? And, we later realized that they never intended on sending drinks. The first delivery message was already a different price than the paid order. We didn't notice at first because the order was made on a different phone than the delivery number given. So they pretended they were giving a refund when they had already decided at 920 that they were not sending the drinks. And it appears they simply removed the taxes and fees from the subtotal. All this to say, no more Wendy's. We keep going to different stores hoping it's better and it is not so far.

I was very impressed with the manager/trainer at this restaurant. She has such composure working with the trainees. Very professional and the tone of voice when they would bump into each other or just took an order she was right there to calmly explain, (This is what we do ).
Keep up the good work

Only four stars....the music was absolutely horrible. Not relaxing or enjoyable for a fast food restaurant. Sounded like someone's playlist. Not suitable for a restaurant.
