Omg!! We had the best experience in the upstairs dining area last night! The most delicious homemade food, and our server Katrina was amazing!! I’ll be dreaming of Arturo’s until we get to go back next time🤩🤤

I was in the area parked at a nearby truck stop for a reset. I googled and found this restaurant in walking distance. Literally .6 of a mile from the Petro. The atmosphere was great, food was amazing with large portions. Judy was the waitstaff and she was great and on point with everything. I went two days in a row.
The portions are large I had pasta carbonara the first night and lobster Mac & Cheese. Second night I had chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. I’m absolutely full and I have leftovers.
I highly recommend if anyone is in this area. I will visit again if I’m ever in town.
From the bartender to the chef to the atmosphere this place is absolutely amazing. Family owned and meticulously cared for. The food is absolutely to die for. Gordon Ramsays heart would melt on their risotto. The filet mignon and pistachio crusted salmon are unmatched.

Amber and Maddy did an amazing job serving up our selections at the Underground Tavern in the lower level of Arturo’s. The food coming out of the kitchen at this gastro pub is always spot on! The cheese blend on the old forge pizza definitely had Cooper and the cheese blend on their signature house pizza tasted like a creamy white cheddar and American topped with cupped pepperoni, diced jalapeños, and sausage. Also enjoyed their Italian sub with freshly sliced deli meats and their Italian Stromboli packed with Italian meats and oozing with cheese! If that wasn’t enough to put you in a delightful food coma, my brother Jason and I went with the apple crisp dessert based on Amber’s recommendation. Great place for dinner. The staff treated us like family, the space is well decorated and lit and a great stream on the satellite radio! You have to try their selection and help fill this local gem in Dupont PA. Didn’t talk about their smoking room. Dining dining area on the upper level or the outdoor bar and patio. Highly recommend this place for your next celebration or dinner out.

This visit was truly a joke. We arrived for 8pm reservation about 10min early. We were acknowledged by waitstaff about 10 min after 8pm. We waited for a waitress to take our drink order .. she didnt know the seasonal beers on tap but went to check and took our drink order .. we were never given menus. We had to ask a group at the next table if we could have one of theirs. The waitress came back and didnt know the difference between two specials (without mushrooms was $3 more than with mushrooms) .. she was apologetic to being understaffed but we expressed frustration that we made this reservation 5 weeks ago. They knew they had entertainment and the number of guests coming and should have staffed accordingly. We eventually ordered our meals and waited. The entres we wanted were no longer available. So we decided on other entrees. It was over an hour no aps .. no dinner .. had to go to the bar for a refill. After an hour and a half of waiting still no food! When the entrees came we had no utensils, no napkins, and still no apps. We had to ask for utensiles at the bar and were given plastic forks. We told them to forget the apps at this point. My food was correct but my friend ordered their signiture meat ravioli that had no meat in it. Near the end of the entertainment we went to the bar to refill drinks. When asking for a clean class we were told if we have one more negative comment we will be asked to leave! (For a clean glass?) We stayed for the end of the show and asked for our check. We gave them our credit card in the beginning of the night because they said they couldnt take cash... we asked to be closed out saw and they included a 20% gratuity! This was not even worth the fight at this point .. we were given no pen .. no line to sign .. no second receipt .. they gave us back our card ... we thought we were closed out .. (it was a horrible experience but we were not about to cheat them out of money) they literally found us in the parking lot and banged on our car in the parking lot saying they needed approval to run payment. We told them it is ok to charge the card and left. We understand being shortstaffed is a problem and the service industry is certainly taking a beating in this area... that being said id have to think for a long time to produce a worse experience than Ive had at arturos. The food was good but I can go to 100 other restaurants in the valley and get quality food with waitstaff-in-training and have a better evening. If my daughter's birthday party or mother's funeral reception were going to be at Arturos I would not attend.
