The Hispanic gentleman who took my order should be the one running/owning this place. He listens to his customers on how they would like the food made. Y'all ever have a sandwich/hoagie meal made that hits every taste bud ? That's the way he makes em! Beyond delicious and that goes for any sandwich/hoagie he makes!
