Worst mcdonalds ever! Bad service... and the never have frappuccinos!!! summer or winter every once in a while they'll have them.. The managers are always nice The workers not so much and they are Newport smokers for sure!!! like and follow help me help you I want to become your number one Google reviewer!

Over 1600 reviews with a low score of ***2.6*** that should tell you something! Unfortunately, I could only order from this McDonalds. Lesson learned. I mean really how hard is it to just make sure that you give the entire order to the driver. One job - that's it one job. Make sure the entire order is in the bag before the Grubhub driver takes off.

Drive thru service was non-existant. Had to drive around building to see if anyone was working. Then had tonte-dribe thru. Complete Bullshit.

Placed order on app and when I arrived there was a note on the door stating that all orders needed to be picked up thru the drive thru. Of course the drive thru lines were super long. Not sure what the issue was but they had no record of my paid order and I then had to wait in my car for over 45 minutes for then to try to figure it all out before getting my food.

You don’t even deserve 1 star. The fact that some of your employees are down right nasty to customers, they stole points off my account for a a free happy meal, then afterwards tried saying “the app and point system stops working past 7pm”. My daughter is currently having a meltdown about not getting her happy meal. So thanks.

I'm so mad I could cry 😢 like why every time I come here the food old????? My French fries taste horrible all my food cold like I let it sit for a hr or two I keep telling myself I'm not coming back you basically gotta go to the wealthy neighborhoods where they have McDonald's in order to get good proper food is bad enough that the food is already bad now I can't even have a pipe and hot I better not take myself back to this place ever again

I bought this, looks and tasted terrible, the bun is burnt, the other side of the bun is smashed and where is the rest of the cheese, it also looked over cooked cause it shrunk and my daughter ordered a quarter pounder, looked like a regular burger, and the service was terrible waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, 5.00 for that fish not worth 5 cents, not returning

This store is awful. You can't even do a mobile order because it's on breakfast all day. What's the purpose of the app? Always have to pull up or park and wait on food and then the food is cold. Fries are cold. Have contacted McDonald's but it is privately owned and there is no contact info for the owner.

Didn't have mobile order AT ALL & of course it was missing stuff, had to hour back in AGAIN. I should of known, wasn't different from using the drive thru, mobile order or a walk in. They ALWAYS mess it up.
