I waited 5 minutes to place my order for 1 coffee before work. $1.92 and 20 minutes later, there were two cars still in front of me. I pulled out of line to try to go inside but the doors were locked. I had to leave without it or I would have been really late for work. That is ridiculous!

This McDonalds is by far the worst I have ever been too. The kiosks are there and in but it won’t let you pay so we have to go to the register. We have been waiting over a half hour for our food and it’s still not here, and there’s a handful of people in here. No one at the counter for 10 minutes. They’re to busy talking to their friends who came to visit. Dirtiest McDonalds around this area by far. I will never come here again. Also I am watching people walking out without their food because of how the service is…. Stay away from here

I'm still waiting for my food. No one at the counter the 20 minutes I stood waiting. 3 people came back from getting wrong items in there bags.

Absolutely incompetent crew. After paying for a smoothie, I was tild the machine wasn't working and was pulled up. After waiting several minutes, I went inside to see several people waiting at the counter who had their orders messed up. Instead of trying to help the customers, the manager decided she would argue with the customers over who's fault it was.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. This is possibly the worst McDonald's in the entire Pittsburgh area. I would never recommend that anyone ever try to eat there.

I purchased lunch for my family via an in-store kiosk, which did not dispense a receipt because it was out of paper. They were clearly busy and had maybe two dozen people inside. Soon after ordering we discovered the restaurant was taking almost an hour to fulfill orders, most of which were still wrong or incorrect.

People were very angry. After 30 minutes of waiting, I attempted to get my order refunded, but no one would come to the front of the store to speak with me or anyone else. We never did get our order and left, so I am currently filing a dispute with my credit card company for a refund.

Although at the doors they say that they close at 11pm to eat inside, they close from 9 or at the time they no longer want to work, they do not pay attention to the orders and put things that you did not order in your combo or they put you less and they last too long to give your order and they give it cold or bad and in a bad way they do all

This McDonald’s is absolutely disgusting. the management is horrible. some of the staff are creepy and lazy. If you don’t want to do your job. LEAVE THE JOB. you picked the job yourself, now actually do it.

Probably the most incompetently staffed McDonalds I've had the misfortune to drive into for dinner with my kids. It took nearly 40 minutes(!) to get our food. Not a typo. The staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing. At the first window the worker tried to charge me for the wrong order. Not surprising, because multiple cars had given up and left the line *after* ordering because it took so long. Dozens gave up prior to ordering. The worker went through 4 different orders, and none were ours. She loudly shouted something profane to no one in particular and went off to find someone who knew how to use the computer. A manager came and had me repeat my entire order. No rush. It would be an additional 10-15 minutes before we even got to the next window. When we finally did we saw three employees, staring at the screens, looking confused and lost, with zero people working. It stayed that way for minutes. Cars came and left over and over and over again while we waited. Eventually we did get the food, through I had to remind them for the sauces. The food was fresh and good.

I would avoid this place at least until the staff, and especially the management, has been completely replaced. The people running it now have no clue what they are doing.

Horrible service, some of the cheeseburgers we’ve ordered didn’t have meat inside. At 8 pm we wanted to dine in and they were closed, had only drive through service. The staff were noisy inside while serving customers at the window. Will never come back to this place.
