There is work to do at this location. It took 20 minutes to get my mobile order. There was a bright side to this encounter. One young man saw that I was waiting and asked to help me with the order.

Very busy , understaffed . The staff and manger very overwhelmed but very polite and trying to take care the customer. Overheard the manager telling his employees make it again your not giving that to our customers .

Food is either hit or miss. Sometimes it's hot and perfect. Other times it tastes like it's been sitting for a while. The service is the worst in terms of speed. This is not, "Fast food". Atmosphere is nice as the store is always clean and orderly. As long as you can deal with the long drive through lines and customers complaining that they've been waiting too long for their food you're good.
