Interacted with the staff on Sunday night. They have a big sign out front that says $7.99 for a one topping large pizza.
I went inside and was told that they would sell it to me for $9.99. The counter staff then tried to say it was a Mon-Thu deal only. (This wasn't listed on their sign)
This location doesn't honor their advertising. Buyer Beware.

Order from here every couple months and every time I ask for the pizza to be well done. I get notifications saying it’s on its was 11 minutes after placing the order. Needless to say it’s not well done and about as floppy as whale cock.

Not really papa John's fault that the door dash drivers are incompetent. They can't keep drivers so they have to use door dash. But never ordering again from here. Ordered from here many times, tip very well. Normally 50% at the very least, but them using door dash drivers ruined it. There's an issue every single damn time and we live less than a half mile from here.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Was told 35 minute guarantee, showed up over an hour. I called and talked to the "manager" and asked for some money off, not even a refund and was then called an a$$hole for calling and complaining. If you get swamped, I get it, just call me and tell me! And the pizza was ice cold.
