Why does owner only respond to 5 Star reviews. And never those that are displeased with food or service. Makes me never want to even bother to try this place ever!

Went in around 230pm. They were out of most of the sides and shorted me a piece of chicken and the biscuit. I had to go back and get it. As well as people walking around the kitchen with no hat or hair net. Drink was okay.

Upon ordering my 3pc combo, the young cashier in drive-thru asked if I wanted spicy or mild, I responded mixed, and was told that this restaurant didn't do that. When I asked why, I was told that they just don't do it. Upon informing this young woman that I would be calling corporate, she said to go ahead. I asked if she understood customer service, she stated she didn't care about that. I stated that my friends and I would stop coming to this location, when she said, "I don't care, we don't need you." As a retired trucker, I've eaten in Popeyes restaurants all over the country, this is by far the worse customer service experience I've ever had. The young lady seemed a bit agitated from the minute I asked the first question concerning the mixed chicken order, and her lack of professionalism simply elevated from there

Popeyes spicy chicken breast is the best of all Chicken around. Spicy chicken tenders again the best of all the various chicken you can get. The original chicken sandwiches probably the best as well. Heather ghost pepper wings and they are really good probably the most flavor but I still have to try that ghost pepper chicken sandwich which I'm sure will rise above. The regular chicken tenders are really good as well but prefer the spicy. The spicy mayo is really good

Chicken tenders were extremely thin pieces of chicken with a lot of breading. Biscuits were good. If I go back I will try the boneless wings.

Wasn't there but walked passed the restaurant and it smelled so good by the way I don't eat this kind of way anymore I'm plant based so smelling the food definitely tried to take me back to eating wrong 😭 nice try 🤤☺️

Order food by the time we got to the window. They didn't have what I order n we was the next car..n was out of biscuits

By far the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, we went twice within a week through the drive thru. Each time the girl taking orders had an attitude, when we asked for a moment to think the first time, she told us if we needed more time we’d have to go inside, this was after the lobby had already closed, how were we supposed to order? despite the poor experience we went back a few days later, same girl same issues. This time we were all sure of what we wanted, but we all needed to be on separate receipts. We told her we had 4 orders, she said she could only do two and that we’d have to go back around or go inside. She keeps telling people to go inside, clearly she just doesn’t wanna do her job. When we asked to speak to a manager, she refused. This girl shouldn’t be working in customer service, put her on fryer to eliminate her customer interaction.
