Horrible experience they were running around like a chicken got it's head cut off very poor management and staffing wasn't any better forgetting whole parts of meals then afterwards I get food poisoning from the unsanitary place should have a, raising canes

Popeyes was boppin. Pleasant as hell. Chicken was crispy. Line was long and fast. It could have cost less but oh well. The workers were gleeful.

if I could give negative stars, I would this is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff is slower than molasses going uphill in January. The staff is rude. They do not care. I waited for over a half hour for 12 piece of chicken while I watched all these cars go through the line and continue to get their food. The place sells chicken. Why can you not make my chicken? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Love that chicken from Popeyes 🤤 It was hot, crunchy, and moist. I swear I wish their biscuits were better, but I tore that chicken up. Really good job 👍

This place was completely terrible. The food was cold the fries and everything was old it seemed like the temperature of the food was not up to code so when I called and complained, the manager didn’t even want to hear my side of what was going on he told me to bring the food back so that’s exactly what I did and he only gave me out of a $30 order. He only refunded me 8 dollars this place is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anybody going in there to eat to even sit down. It’s dirty. The bathrooms are terrible. The manager had a nasty attitude. He was saying racial slurs to me and also allowed his employees to say racial thingsI need to speak to someone because this is completely unacceptable. and then I ordered the lemonade mango slushy. He gave me just plain juice and lemonade, no slush. He told me that he had just poured the lemonade mix in there and it didn’t have time to slush up so when I asked for something else, he said no because he had already charged my card and they can’t issue no refunds

Why does owner only respond to 5 Star reviews. And never those that are displeased with food or service. Makes me never want to even bother to try this place ever!

Went in around 230pm. They were out of most of the sides and shorted me a piece of chicken and the biscuit. I had to go back and get it. As well as people walking around the kitchen with no hat or hair net. Drink was okay.

Upon ordering my 3pc combo, the young cashier in drive-thru asked if I wanted spicy or mild, I responded mixed, and was told that this restaurant didn't do that. When I asked why, I was told that they just don't do it. Upon informing this young woman that I would be calling corporate, she said to go ahead. I asked if she understood customer service, she stated she didn't care about that. I stated that my friends and I would stop coming to this location, when she said, "I don't care, we don't need you." As a retired trucker, I've eaten in Popeyes restaurants all over the country, this is by far the worse customer service experience I've ever had. The young lady seemed a bit agitated from the minute I asked the first question concerning the mixed chicken order, and her lack of professionalism simply elevated from there
