Empty store, no drive thru. 20 minutes for the order. Spend less time bullshiting and more time at the job.

Went through Drive Through. Didn't give us the sauces we requested and the taco shells were all broken. Will never ever go back there again.
tacos cold soggy disgusting.
Made my order online around 12:15. Says drive thru is open till 1:30. Sat there till 12:47. Manager comes walking up to my car smoking a cigarette talking about the system is down. If you don’t want to work just say that and stay home. I could’ve gotten pizza.

Waited an hour and a half, didn't get food. Asked multiple times.
Showed up to the restaurant at 10:45 pm. Doors are locked. Sign says dine in open. Internet says they are open until 2 in the morning. So why are the doors locked? I am so tired of fast food restaurants locking their doors whenever they feel like it. Then I went to wait in line at the drive through and no one is moving. This is a Taco Bell by Kennywood. You are fools to close your doors before 11.

So we walked into an empty building. 30 minutes later it’s packed and no one is getting their orders. 45 minutes in some lady is halfway behind the counter ready to fight the employees. Crazy.

Restaurantji Recommends
Waited in drive thru for half an hr I'm pretty y because they handed my food out to the car ahead of me to be told they couldn't use a hundred dollar bill and that's all I had on me I was hungry just getting out of work and Ralph told me get bent so not only 30 min sitting in drive thru with only 2 vehicles but also no food or drink I wouldn't recommend this establishment between 5-8 pm you might be starve and be disrespected but it will not cost you a dime 🤷🏼 smh....

soo basically we got food and they were basically out of every drink so we had to get different drinks …and then we asked for sauce no sauces were provided…and then we waited at least almost half an hour for our food and the one guy he was disrespectful….could've been a lot nicer tbh but yeah we will never go there again and got our order wrong so pls do better!!!!

Spent $50 to only get half of my stuff, they literally put $2 tacos in place of my $7 burritos . Had to ask multiple times for my drinks after 35 mins . Ignored by all the workers .

I visited this Taco Bell on July 15 at 6:15PM and had a disappointing experience. The employee on the intercom was unfriendly, and when I asked for a Baja Freeze, he argued about the drink’s color being turquoise instead of acknowledging my order. He literally said “ no the color is baha freeze???? Like what ?
At the window, there was no greeting, just a roll of the eyes as he took my payment. He nearly dropped my drink and didn’t say goodbye or thank you. This lack of professionalism made me uncomfortable, and I checked my food before leaving, feeling uneasy. Ultimately, I lost my appetite and didn’t eat the food. Such a shame for a place that should prioritize customer service.
Hoffman Blvd Taco Bell the young boy that you have at the drive thru window is horrible. He needs a lesson on professionalism in the workplace.
