As far as taco bell goes, this is the best one in my area. Went in today to pick up a mobile order and it seemed like it was full of a dozen and a half kids from Kennywood plus a drive through full of cars. As such my order took a while to come out but everyone was still polite under all the stress and got my order out with no mistakes. Fast food workers are unsung heros. Came in put my order in on kiosk 1 at 7:15 didn't get my order til 7:37. Now the young man who made my drinks twice was exceptional nice and kind and got my order once he saw how long it was. But the manager on duty had asked 7 to 10 minutes earlier and got the 1st drinks that went with my order but did not communicate with the staff. He hit a button after and walked in the back while the kitchen staff were making some Emily's three tier order. Heard staff say they didn't...
This is first time this Taco Bell has messed up my order, normally this is the best one. Please double-check if someone has selected Black Bean when ordering the Grilled Cheese Burrito. I know it’s partially on Taco Bell for not putting Black Bean first, but some of us don’t eat meat and rely on y’all to check these things so we can eat our food.
