Decent Dunkin, fresher food than the average Dunkin so I'm giving give stars to this one. Location is good and parking lot is easy to navigate. Somehow my meal ended up cheaper than the Dunkin donuts in the Lehigh valley by 2 dollars and change! Might have been a mistake but a good one!

Absolutely awful customer service. Tried ordering at the counter because the kiosk menu is awful. They didn't even look at me or tell me to use the kiosk. Finally used the kiosk. Spent $18 on donuts, a stuffed croissant, 2 fritters and coffee. They acted like my order was complete after giving me the burned croissant. 6 people working there, joking around, didn't even box my donuts, and then forgot the apple fritters I ordered. Practically nobody else in the store, only drive thru, and they acted like I didn't exist. Shouldn't take 10 minutes and numerous reminders to box donuts that are sitting on a shelf. Will not be returning here.

Human beings at the counter refused to take our order and made us go to a kiosk. Four of the six donuts we chose from the kiosk were out of stock when we finally got to the counter. What's the friggin' point?

-0- STARS !! Walked in to order something and was totally ignored. After 5 minutes of actually waiting to see if they ask me what I wanted, I had to ask if I can order in the store or if I had to get back in my car and use the drive thru. They blew me off again for another 5 minutes LOLI was totally INVISABLE to them. I "actually" think I was ignored because of the color of my skin (White). There is no way I will return to this store. I'm not that desperate for an overpriced coffee or donut.

I want to give a 0 rating. I asked for a cappuccino with a shot of espresso. and I told the cashier again to make sure shot of espresso is there. They nodded and they gave me drip coffee with cream, I didn’t notice until I left from drive thru. It was TERRIBLE! The bad tasting coffee is not my annoyance as much as the lying and passing it under the rug as cappuccino! The hash browns were undercooked and gross.

These people are so incredibly rude. They really, really don’t want you to order inside. I walked in for the first time and they barked something at me about scanning my mobile order. Well, I didn’t have a mobile order; I came inside to order. I asked if I could order and they said something unintelligible. I left and went to the DD down the road. They really need to work on their customer service I will never be back.

The female taking orders was extremely rude and impatient. Once I requested my few items, throughout my request, I was promptly being cut off before I could finish my request. Furthermore, between a thick accent and her inability to properly communicate, additional items were being added to the order that did not need to be. I recommend some type of Customer Service training for this individual. This is unacceptable.
