November 2025 Quaint establishment with cozy outdoor seating with a fireplace, but we ate inside this first visit. Really fast and friendly service and prices are very reasonable as we only spent $28 for two sandwiches, a coffee, and a soda. The BLT on sourdough was delicious, and everything was so fresh and filling. The other sandwich with ham and cheese and pesto was delightful, as well, but I preferred the BLT. Overall, a great first visit after driving by dozens of times over the past couple years, and I’ll be sure to come back again.

Great atmosphere but we found the food to be underwhelming. Croissants were good but our sandwiches were pre-made and heated in the microwave presumably, because parts of them were still cold in the middle. The coffee was just OK. I got a chai latte and ended up throwing it away after a few sips. It tasted like chai syrup was added to the drink and not actual chai. Not what we were hoping for.

All coffee shop should be like this. This place is in Eden on earth. You could open up two Starbucks on either side of this place and they would go out of business. I’m absolutely beautiful space staffed by truly friendly people serving high-quality food. Worth any detour.

Tonight's dinner was at the Fireside Cafe located at 158 Toddy Drive, East Earl, PA. They're close to the Shady Maple Smorgasbord.
This is a coffee shop with a breakfast, lunch and dessert menu. They serve their lunch menu until closing, so we stopped by for dinner.
I had a bacon chicken ranch salad and my wife had a panini. She seemed to like her sandwich and I really enjoyed my salad. The price was fair and the portion was plenty good for me. I also got a pumpkin spice hot chocolate which was also very good.
I thought that the outdoor seating area was really nice as well. There was a little play area for kids, fountains, etc. The building is connected to a patio furniture store, so it would make sense.
Food was good, servers were friendly, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.
