The one manager is very rude. 9 out of 10 times, our mobile order is wrong or missing things. The only reason I go back is because it's 2 minutes away and convenient.
Ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and they never put it on the recipt or even gave it to me this place must have very incompetent people who can't even get an order right and they need to listen to what is ordered and get the order right I mean come on we actually tell them what we want and they can't get the order right..... don't know if I'll go back to this location bc they don't do a very good job anyways ... HOW HARD IS IT TO GET AN ORDER RIGHT WHEN YOU ORDER IT AND TELL THEM WHAT U WANT!!!!!
I no longer see the desserts. Would like to see them come back. The prices went ridiculously high for tacos....I enjoyed them this time, but not always up to par.The staff, drive through... ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT.
I delivered a few door dashes from this location. Every time there is not a team member even NEAR the counter. It takes 5 minutes to even see one. The place is a sty with napkins and spills all over the dining room. The only positive part is that the order takes so long to be prepared I can hang out in the bathroom as long as I'd like (a commodity uncommon for dashers.)

I went to the store at 11 pm and door was closed today and staff was in there standing doing nothing.i thought that may be due to the security reasons that close the door early then i went to drive thru nobody answer and even knock to the drive thru window too.

This place is so nice especially for a Tacobell I mean the bathrooms are always cleaned the insides cleaned the foods always hot and fresh and the customer service is amazing I didn't know their could be such nice people!!

Their high chairs for children wasn't cleaned they look like they haven't been clean in a hot minute. I picked the trash bag up that was on one thinking it was clean nope it was dirty also. I think they need to be cleaned after someone uses them. Yes I asked for someone to clean it and she did say sorry about that. I did say it's fine it happens but it's kinda annoying. Both them being dirty then after I left I put it back and there was a girl cleaning the lobby and didn't even go clean it GROSS.

Pretty standard taco bell. Got the chicken quesadilla and it was okay. Service was fairly fast but not too speedy. Strange they only have one checkout/service window that handles both the payment and the food delivery though.
