“The Atmosphere has four stars just because I PERSONALLY DONT LIKE GETTING STARES FROM CUSTOMERS. I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too. This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?
Parking: I never have a problem with parking.
Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

“My sweetheart and I went here on our second date. The original plan was to meet at Dead King Bread in Manyunk, and then hike in the Wissahickon. Dead King was closed, however, and my sweetheart quickly suggested Roma Cafe as an alternative. I'm ashamed to say that I never knew about this bakery. When I think of Italian bakeries, I typically think of South Philly. This is the real deal. An interior that harkens back to earlier times, and probably owners that harken back to an earlier time!
It was here that I discovered that my sweetheart is extravagant with treats, especially sweets. As a bit of a minimalst, I chose a rather bland biscuit. He chose an array of half a dozen treats, including canolies.
When we eventually made our way to the Wissahickon, we discovered that we had each packed more treats for the hike - cheese, grapes. He brought the most wonderful brie from Trader Joes that was as soft and gooey as if you had baked it in the oven. I noted with approval that he was equipped with a good picnic bag, as was I.
As we walked through the Wissahickon, I was captivated by his friendliness to everyone we passed on the trails, including the dogs.
Everything was delicious, and I appreciated that the canolis were petite in size!“

“This is a place my partner and I frequently go to. Their donuts are so yummy and so are there breakfast sammichs! The staff is always so welcoming and kind. We were there this morning and they had some new donut options. We couldn't pick between two different ones so we only went with the one. The gentleman behind the counter made us the one we didn't pick and said it was on the house since we wanted to try it! It was so kind, you don't get that very often these days. I always love going there & I'm never disappointed with anything. ?“

“New place. Came here via FB event, "Cars & Doughnuts". Small independent business. Pretty good mochi. I had a creme Brule mochi and a chai tea. I didn't like the Boba balls, tbh I don't get the fad surrounding them. Good service, they're gonna need more workers for sure, I can see this place getting popular. The chai was awesome, way better than any other place of recent memory. The mochi was good too, not too sweet like pastries you would find at a DD or Wawa. They didn't hurt my stomach and were quite pleasant. I will be returning.“

“The management and employees are very cordial and efficient with orders. They are always really sorry and go above and beyond to fix my order when it does happen occasionally. There are no other Dunkin Donuts in the neighborhood that compare to this one.“

“Dear Mr B. I thank God for you. All I can say is thank you. He was so gracious, and the managers looked out for me as I counted out change for gas. Mr B thank you for helping me get enough gas to get home. Plus they donated a cup of coffee and a donut while I was counting out my change. I kept apologizing because I was embarrassed after being let go from my job. The change was from my tips accumulated over the last few weeks. They were very patient as I counted it out, they even helped. Thank you all, you blessed my whole soul tonight. Thank you“

“The layout is straight back and narrow so it can be hard to get to the order counter if the store is busy. Other than that I liked it
Parking: There's a line of parking spaces down the entire strip with a parking lot across the street next to the Firehouse.“

“Great food and service. Staff is very friendly. Recently had a minor incident with picking up a mobile order. Said on the door that they were open for drive-thru and carry out. When I think of carry out I think that you’d be able to walk into the restaurant, pick up your order, then leave. They had me walk around and serve me through the drive-thru window. Which with everything going on right now is understandable. Just wish they made it clear on their door. Since I was walking to work, I wanted to stop there to pick up a drink. Just incase they don’t make it clear for anyone else who may be walking there, you’ll have to go through the drive-thru to carry out.“

“I go to this DD often. Everything always tastes great and is consistent (an issue I have with Starbucks, where drinks aren't always made the same - not a major problem to me, but I know some people rely on consistency). I've used both the drive through and gone inside to pick up, and both through mobile ordering or through ordering at the store. They are always so fast and everyone I've interacted with is so friendly and lovely. The only negative I can think of is that it can be difficult to turn left once you're leaving if there is traffic, but the visibility is clear and traffic isn't usually bad.“

“I stopped in Dunkin twice today. First time they were busy but I was attended to timely. Second time, they were not busy, yet I wasn't even greeted upon entering. Finally, I was told, some one would be right with me. They weren't and I left.“

“Stopped at this location during a tennis marxh to grab something quick before the game. Entry and exit to this place is quite challenging, and so is parking, so i decided to order drive in. Ordered a drink and bagel cream cheese, There were 2 cars ahead of me, but it took more than 8 minutes to get the order. Slow, but the order was okay.“

“Coffee is always hot and fresh. When a girl name Mara works there she is the best. She always makes sure the coffee pots are rinsed out and don't have that burn taste to the coffee. If you ever tasted it before you know what I mean. She goes above and beyond thinking about the customers first. She knows they spend there hard earn money here so always does her part to ensure the customers have the best tasting coffee's avaliable to them. She always stirs the coffee if you get cream and sugar it's nicely mixed. All around excellent customer service from this specific person. The owner opens up extra early 3;30am to make sure people that work early shift have there coffee and the store is fully stocked with donuts and all the rest of there breakfast goodies. Begals, wraps ,etc. Beat place around for late night snacks and or early morning essentials. (Coffee) is a a must in the morning. Thank you to Mara, the owner who waited on me today at 4am when every other dunkin was closed locally. Every other dunkin doesn't open till 6:30am. It also had a convention store at thr gas station attacked to it for all your other work snack. Very clean place and always has a full stock inventory to serve you. This is a real review. I like to give credit where credit is do. Ps coffee is always hot no matter what time of day. Do yourself a favor ask for Mara to make your coffee ☕️ Matter what kind of drink it is. You wouldn't be disappointed... Additionally don't forget to tip“
