I placed a mobile order that was made completely incorrect. I ordered 2 wraps and was given one salad and one wrap with all of the incorrect ingredients. This is third time I’ve had issues ordering from this location.
First time here, not a good experience. There was no real management presence at this location. The were 2 young guys working, one was probably " the manager" but did not seem very knowledgeable of the menu, the ingredients needed or even the prices. I had to change my order 3 times as they did not have the needed items prepped to be used. Will not be good back.

I arrived about 5pm on a Tuesday and there was no one in place other than one customer.I have not been to Saladworks in a good number of years but I was not disappointed.The freshness AND great customer service from the gentleman that helped me was phenomenal.
