Wow, I’m not one to write reviews a lot, but that pizza was perfect. (Literally writing this 20 minutes after eating a slice…)If you’re looking for something you would get in New York City, this is the place to go. Delicious!!

Pizza was good - not great - but expensive compared to other local restaurants. It was made well - cooked evenly and still hot when we got home. HOWEVER.... they don't do DoorDash or delivery and only accept cash! That's missing out on a whole lot of revenue. Perhaps they do so well that they do not care. And the parking lot holds maybe 5 cars. Unless the food is exceptional, I simply won't deal with restaurants with these restrictions.

Excellent pizza! We got an extra large with extra cheese (well done of course), and it was perfect.In an area that is not known for great pizza, Gargano's stands tall.Some of the nicest people too. When we called to order, my son said, "wow that lady was really nice!". Then I went in for pick up, and I met Joe Gargano, the owner. What a pleasant guy!We will be ordering all of our pizza from Gargano's from now on.Wish I took a picture!

Don't except debit or credit card, looks like some good pizza ?
For 45 years Gargano's has sat on the East Petersburg square. The restaurant proudly displays pictures of little league teams with pictures of kids who are now likely 30+ years old with children of their own. I don't think the place has seen a coat of paint since then either. We ordered a large cheese pizza and a meatball parm sub, sat down in our plastic lawn chairs awaiting their arrival. The sandwich had tasty meatballs in a slightly acidic sauce but very good. The pizza was ranked 7.8 by critics which is the highest score probably in a 25 miles radius. I must agree this is the best pizza in the area and we will definitely be eating their pizza again, but probably in my dining room...... which my wife made me paint recently ;-)
