“I can’t say enough about the customer service, I came in to pick up a take out order and it wasn’t ready. After waiting a little bit the front desk went to check on it and said they were a little bit behind which ok it was busy and prime dinner time on a Friday. Not long after another employee came out to tell me they’re so sorry that the kitchen is behind and offered me a free drink of my choice, I passed it up and instead they gave me two growlers to go, mind you I was ok with waiting on my food I wasn’t complaining just waiting patiently. It was like 15min past the time they gave me ok, no biggie. When I finally got home to eat all the food was amazing and hot. In today’s world this really means a-lot, I love supporting local!! Great job Mad Chef!”

“This is a family run business and they are so nice. My wife and I go here once or twice a month and the food is always good and the service excellent. If the owner’s daughter sees us coming, she cleans our table for us (my wife has mobility concerns). It’s small town goodness.”

I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much.
