“The owner reached out concerning my previous experience at Josie's and encouraged us to give them another try. We went back to Josie's today and I'm so glad we did! The service was much better, as was the food! The bartender, who was also our server, checked on us often and took good care of us. We ordered the Manhattan clam chowder, the Tempura shrimp and the French Dip. The chowder and the shrimp had just the right amount of kick to them. We'll be back!”

“I can’t say enough about the customer service, I came in to pick up a take out order and it wasn’t ready. After waiting a little bit the front desk went to check on it and said they were a little bit behind which ok it was busy and prime dinner time on a Friday. Not long after another employee came out to tell me they’re so sorry that the kitchen is behind and offered me a free drink of my choice, I passed it up and instead they gave me two growlers to go, mind you I was ok with waiting on my food I wasn’t complaining just waiting patiently. It was like 15min past the time they gave me ok, no biggie. When I finally got home to eat all the food was amazing and hot. In today’s world this really means a-lot, I love supporting local!! Great job Mad Chef!”

“This is a family run business and they are so nice. My wife and I go here once or twice a month and the food is always good and the service excellent. If the owner’s daughter sees us coming, she cleans our table for us (my wife has mobility concerns). It’s small town goodness.”

“I had a great experience going through the drive through today! Shylo (forgive me on spelling) took my order and met me at the window, and was very bubbly and personable. It was just her and another employee, and as someone that has worked as a barista with only two people on staff, they were keeping up with everything going on well. Other than my sandwiches being a little overcooked, no biggie, it was overall very nice! Will have to come back more.”

I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.”

“This was our first time there. The food was delicious. Some of the best food I’ve eaten in awhile. The doubles was amazing as was the jerk chicken and smoked wings. The food is pretty spicy. Our waitress was great too and the restaurant was cute. Did have to park kind of far away.”
