A few of the workers aren’t too friendly unfortunately. I ordered online to pick-up at the drive thru, I drove up to the window and the lady told me I had to drive back around and tell her (the same exact lady) at the speaker what I was there for even though my order was ready and I saw it sitting aside with my name on it. She was very rude to me and it just really puts a damper on your day. I’ll probably stick to DoorDash from now on.

I sat here to do some work and I never heard such lude comments being made around customers. I get it, working with the public is awful and I really do feel for them but I also worked retail and never acted like this. Employees getting mad anytime someone shows up for an order and mumbling to tell them to go away. Complaining about coworkers and their job in front of customers and swearing profusely.
