If I could rate a zero I would. Stopped by today and front door was locked. Another customer was there who had placed an online order who was from out of town. Hours clearly marked 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. We knocked and were seen but ignored. A drive through customer told us the manager told him she's "not opening the door". Poor customer service for not acknowledging we were there, refusing to let us in and making another customer relay the message. I will never go back

After attempting to call for multiple days and not being able to get a hold of anyone, I went to the store at 2 PM to order donuts for my son‘s birthday party the next day. I just wanted two dozen donuts that were vanilla and chocolate with sprinkles. Nothing complicated. They took my order and then called their manager. The manager said that because I came after 12 I couldn’t have that many donuts with sprinkles for the next day. I asked to speak with the manager because I had been calling for the past few days. They told me to call corporate and ask them to get them a phone because they didn’t have one. I was also not giving the number of a manager. Extremely poor customer service.

A few of the workers aren’t too friendly unfortunately. I ordered online to pick-up at the drive thru, I drove up to the window and the lady told me I had to drive back around and tell her (the same exact lady) at the speaker what I was there for even though my order was ready and I saw it sitting aside with my name on it. She was very rude to me and it just really puts a damper on your day. I’ll probably stick to DoorDash from now on.

I sat here to do some work and I never heard such lude comments being made around customers. I get it, working with the public is awful and I really do feel for them but I also worked retail and never acted like this. Employees getting mad anytime someone shows up for an order and mumbling to tell them to go away. Complaining about coworkers and their job in front of customers and swearing profusely. One employee stating he should "take a $hit" right here on the floor. I am only telling you this so other customers know what they are dealing with. By far the worst attitudes I have seen ever at a retail place of business. The owner probably doesn't even care because he or she is still collecting their money but this operation is absolutely disgraceful the way they act.
I stopped going to this DD because it is always dirty, service is slow, and it's just not worth my time. I thought I'd try it again this morning, and the sign on the door said they were open at 5am, but the door was locked. The drive through was open, but there was a line and I ride a motorcycle (I had a thermos to put my coffee in). Just not worth it.

I'be spent so much time stuck in the drive-thru trying to order 1 drink that I've had time to write 3 reviews on 3 separate sites. It took me almost 15 minutes to even order with only 3 cars in front of me.

I ordered coffee and munchkins at the drive thru this morning. I asked for no sugar and I got 4 pumps of sugar. I asked for a mix of 3 kinds of munchkins and I only got 2 kinds. When I called to get it fixed, nobody answered the phone. Ugh
