“I have been going to this Dunkin location for a few years and it has been hit or miss with service and drinks during the afternoons. But-there have been good(if not sometimes great) drinks almost every time lately! Kudos to Isaiah for his positive attitude. He is so kind and makes the trip for coffee 10x better!“

“This was my first time going to a duck donuts. I walked in and started using the kiosk to order and I had a question about my order. Brayden walked up Answered my question and helped me with my order. He made the coffee, asked if it was OK and told me if it wasn’t he would remake it no problem. It was great. As he was making the donuts I Grabed a stack of napkins which I crumpled up getting them out of the napkin holder, then went to the bathroom. When I got out of the bathroom he had the donut box opened and asked me if they looked OK. He told me he replaced my crumpled up napkins with a stack of fresh folded napkins to make it easier for me. The donuts looked great and tasted even better . I live three hours away but will come back to this location solely Because of Brayden‘s customer service. I know it doesn’t sound like much, it’s hard to put it all on a review but the whole interaction with him was great. I drive all over the country and go to plenty of Different fast food places and I’ve never met Someone as nice polite and helpful as he was. Even it’s the food was bad, which it was far from, when you have customer service like that and makes everything 100x better. I almost didn’t go here because of a bad review about service. If you’re on the fence about it, I hope my review steers you in the right direction.“

“Stopped here to get some work done on a late Saturday afternoon, and since all the small coffee shops in Lititz were packed due to some sort of activities, I chose Dunkin'. The service was excellent, the Chai Latte was good, the place was very bright and clean, including the men's restroom. The staff was super polite, I even heard one of the cashiers thank a veteran for his service as he left.

The only reason I did not give it a five was due to the loud music playing the whole time I was there, about an hour and a half. I was the only customer in the Dunkin', and the music was very loud and distracting, including at least one song with much profanity, called Last Resort, by a band called Papa Roach. This song especially seemed a bit rough to have on in the background of a place like Dunkin'. It looked like the music was coming from a radio station WQXA, 105.7.

“This dunkin always has the best coffee of any of the dunkins between York and Lancaster. And the guy working the drive through today with the glasses was wonderful. Very upbeat, positive, genuinely happy to be there. Made it a great experience to help me start my workday with a positive attitude as well“

“Whoever the mgr is you should be ashamed. I was at the Mount Joy location this past week and they were out of coffee filters. Those poor girls were overwhelmed with how to handle it. I heard the one worker tell another that she called the mgr and she had no plans of coming in. While I was there a customer came in yelling at the girls because of how long he had been waiting and wanted his money back. They had app orders lying there that they couldn’t fill because they couldn’t make any coffee. Their afternoon was only going to get worse. Again, shame on the mgr for not coming to their rescue!!!“
