Whoever the mgr is you should be ashamed. I was at the Mount Joy location this past week and they were out of coffee filters. Those poor girls were overwhelmed with how to handle it. I heard the one worker tell another that she called the mgr and she had no plans of coming in. While I was there a customer came in yelling at the girls because of how long he had been waiting and wanted his money back.

At 10:40 When I pulled up there were 2 employees sitting outside while there were six cars sitting in the drive-through. I ordered a mobile order and when I got to The window I was waiting for someone to come to the window just to tell me a price instead of giving me the mobile order. Upon leaving the parking lot, my everything stuffed mini bagels, the cream cheese on the inside was still ice cold. The snacking bacon looks half raw.
