Their coffee and customer service is top notch!
I placed an order, recently, and it was received in 2 days! That is amazing, considering all the current delivery issues. When I contacted them to discuss my delivery concerns, they provided an alternative solution that worked great. And the coffee- I am loving this Keystone! So smooth and rich at the same time.

I stopped there for a coffee and a bite in the morning, quick service, pleasant staff. Food was great and the coffee was on point.
We were in Lancaster 1.5 days for a wedding. We came here 3 times. That’s how good it was.

Passenger Flagship Cafe is a modern coffee shop with a cool vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The café offers great coffee, including options like ham and cheese pastries with everything bagel seasoning and authentic matcha, which have received positive remarks for their delicious taste. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service that enhances the overall experience. Customers appreciate the quality of the drinks, with many noting the fantastic flavor of the coffee and perfectly steamed milk in lattes. While seating is limited and some have mentioned the shop can feel hot, the atmosphere remains inviting. Regular visitors commend the café as one of the best specialty coffee spots, making it worth the drive. However, there are suggestions for clearer pricing on coffee purchases and improvements to ventilation. Overall, Passenger Flagship Cafe is highly recommended for anyone seeking a good cup of coffee in a vibrant setting.
