First time there and it will be the last. Initially when we were to be seated the hosts miss communicated with each other on seating. We were then told it would be a 10 minute wait which then turned into a 30 minute wait. After finally being seated we waited for a waitress or waiter and none came. After 10 minutes we were finally able to stop a staff member and ask how do we place a food and beverage order. We were then instructed that we had to go wait in a line at the order desk in order to put our food and beverage order in. Kids menu had three options on it. We ended up not ordering at all and left the establishment to find somewhere else to dine.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all

We have eaten here several times now so this review is a summary of why I won't go back. First and foremost, it's cold, very cold. It's cold in all seasons. Too cold to be comfortable and I wore plenty of clothes. In fact, so many clothes that I had to remove my sweater when we reached the great outdoors because it was warmer outside. Second, the food cooled to room temp before it reached our table. One item was missed last time. They did take it off the bill. In my opinion, the food is overpriced. The food tasted fine, not exciting. I can not recommend.

Didn't want to cook this evening. Mad Chef was the perfect choice. Excellent drafts tonight including the Pizza Party Italian pilsner, the You Sherbet That fruited sour and the Juice Caboose hazy New England IPA. The food included the Philly Special Pizza and a Pineapple Bourbon Chicken Sandwich special.There was about a 30 minute wait for a table, but given the quality of the food the weight was well worth it.At Mad Chef (similar to many breweries) you need to order both brews and food at the cashier desk, but the food is delivered to the table.

Been to this local treasure a few times now. The drinks, food, and atmosphere are all top notch. I was lucky enough to experience two of they culinary St. Patrick's Day specials and they were phenomenal. I wish I could take this awesome place back to Texas with me so that they could experience it there. Hats off to the Mad Chef crew.

Good brewery experience here. The bathrooms here have showers in them. Nice hot water for a nice steamy relaxing shower after a hard day of drinking delicious heavy craft brews. 10/10 would recommend showering here at no extra cost. I should note bring your own soap as they do not have body wash or shampoo available. Thank you for an unforgettable brewery/showering experience.

Ate 2 plates had 2 beers along with a sample. Plate 1 Cheesesteak Empanadas = 5star can't even look at a regular beef empanada now. Plate 2 went basic Reuben. Flavors galore. Got a habenero palmetto cheese for fries and everything was gone before I knew it. No complaints other than it left me wanting to eat more. Didn't help that I found myself watching dishes being made in their kitchen. Everything I haven't eaten yet will haunt my dreams tonight. Double Imperial Ipa "Oh face" star of the show.

First time. Referral from colleague. Huge chicken sandwich and great fries. Check out their variety of dipping sauces. Boylands sodas. Root beer! Not much to it just get seated by a host. Order yourself. And someone drops off your food the end. Felt like something was missing!?!

Busy Saturday afternoon. Great ambience. Beers were tasty. Bartender friendly and helpful. Ordered bowl of Chili Verde appetizer. Very tasty, however presentation was very weak. Chili Verde as an appetizer is usually served with an abundance of cheese and corn chips with sour cream. This was served with 1 cheese quesadilla and no chips as was suggested on menu. Very disappointing. Asked for corn chips and received potato chips. Mad Chef, you need to work the presentation or take it off your menu. Tasty but very disappointing. Also ordered Beef stew. This was presented nicely but lacked flavor. Will give Mad Chef a second chance but will try different entrees next time.

Good food and beer selection with plenty of variety. Even have a kids menu for food. Large microbrewery with lots of seating, but gets very busy and can have long wait times for tables during dinner times. The Friday meal special included a Jalepeno popper chicken thigh sandwhich which was wonderful with lots of good taste and perfectly prepared. All the staff were present. All ordering is walk up to counters and your food is brought to your numbered table. Drink selections are ordered and delivered at the bar or ordering stations.Parking: Lots of parking spots in the strip mall setting.Kid-friendliness: They welcome kids with their families and have a kid specific menu.
