“We love the breakfasts and train memorabilia. It is an old station on an active train line, so we have seen freight and Amtrak trains while dining! Best serving of oats in any restaurant. Their breakfast potatoes are hearty and delicious.

Kid-friendliness: Very cool, especially if your kids (of any age) like trains and train photos, maps, antiques, etc.”

“My boyfriend and I LOVELOVELOVE Pueblo Real in Girard. We've been going there atleast once a week for atleast over a month now and everytime is just as amazing as the last. The staff is so very friendly. I always like extra coleslaw (because its the best), and they are always so generous with their coleslaw. “Picked a night to dine there when they had been slammed with huge table parties and didn't arrive to dine until after 7:00. We had to wait 20mins for a table which was actually less time. They offered us a seat at the bar and if we wanted to order an appetizer while we waited for our table. When we received our table the dining space was very cozy. We ordered from the restaurant week specials. After ordering the chef came out to tell me unfortunately due to the large tables of teens they were out of chicken (I ordered chicken florentine) and apologized profusely. With my heart set on florentine I asked if I could substitute the chicken for shrimp and he graciously agreed. My meal was delicious and strongly encouraged the chef to add it to the regular menu. The shrimp were some of the best tasty shrimp I have ever had. My husband had another special which was equally delicious. The portions were perfect and you were full. Highly recommend the staff were so genuine and caring all of them want to make sure you have a great experience. Definitely will make this one of our regular dining places. Hidden gem.”

The girls working have Noone wait to place a order and the place itself is very well maintained. We keep bringing more of our friends and family with each visit.
