Never had an elk burger before and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. I am normally very picky about my burgers and I really only like my own. This burger was very tender and seasoned absolutely perfectly. I just got basic lettuce, tomato, onion and they offered a herb aioli so I got that over plain mayo.
