I don't know what happened to this please.But I ordered wanton soup let's just say the noodles were like mush like mash potatoes not going back here and was not 8 of em there was like 3 got two orders each one had like 3 or 4 in it

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled this time. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but it was a huge disappointment. I've had bad Chinese food before and still managed to eat it—this was different. Bamboo House served food that was completely inedible. It lacked flavor, care, and everything was overcooked. I honestly want my money back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Must say we were disappointed with the food. Food is on the bland side and mushy. And must I say: no fortune cookies! We ordered orange chicken and general tso chicken- couldn’t tell the difference they tasted identical. Hot and sour soup- the worst. Egg rolls were mediocre. Beef broccoli - beef was mushy and sauce flavorless. On the bright side: the lady at the front was very sweet!

The couple who own this place are so nice. The place is amazing and clean. You must go here if you are in East straudsburg. You must try their food. The food is very tasty, fresh and they give you enough food. If you are hungry, go there they cook fast. You will be hooked up to their food and be back when you are in town. Came here when Hong Kong 1 was closed from the car crash...Spent $60... Everything, and I mean all of it - was inedible. Bland. Mushy noodles. Duck sauce couldn't even save it.Do not recommend. Hong Kong 1 is the best in the area, HANDS DOWN.

The most disgusting food I've ever eaten in my whole life!! I was expecting somewhat good with the reviews but I was shocked with the opposite. Mall food taste better than this. It seems like they cook for several days and leave it soaking in heating plates... maybe we went on the last day of life of that food cause all vegetables were soggy af. Very oily sauces. The fried pork rice wasnt fried, was steam rice and EVERYTHING lacked flavour. Idk how people here saying they had plenty food for 2 meals... when half of the order is soggy vegetables drowned in sauce. The wonton soup super bland as the rest of the food, it even tasted undercooked. The staff is very friendly so thats good .. but sorry, aint going back never again. Would not recommend unless you have an awful taste in food.
