The folks and drinks at Silverback are some of the best you will ever encounter. The Blackback Bourbon is by far the best spirit I have ever had. I try to buy multiple bottles whenever I come in because it sells out so often.
If you're going in for a drink, make sure you order one of the Smoked Cocktails.
Friendly and inviting atmosphere and the best smoked old fashioned I have ever tasted.
Great spirits! JC is very known and personable! Almost like we knew him forever.

Silverback Distillery offers a fantastic experience, with knowledgeable and passionate staff leading the way. From the moment you arrive, you'll be treated to a warm welcome and expert guidance. The distillery tour provides a fascinating glimpse into the history and production process of the spirits. With a vast selection to taste, including vodka, gin, rum, and whisky, there's something for everyone. Standout spirits like the Honey Rye and Straight Bourbon are sure to impress.

The picnic area allows visitors to drink and enjoy food they bring. Dawn, the bartender and "hostess," has a great personality and is very attentive. The place is spotlessly clean.
