Cluck U Chicken East Strudsburg PA

Known this place for 15 years and my kid loves it too. Mini bites as a go to, the chicken sandwich slaps, honeybees are so good. Thank you to everyone that put their hard work in. Never lost quality.

This place is usually a staple for me and I’ve never had a bad experience with service or
food. Tonight was the second time my parents got food at Cluck U because they loved it the first time and this experience was far from their first. We ordered a #7 and received three pieces of meat that were mostly bone and breading and paid over $14. We also ordered a #2 fish sandwich and they did not put the correct vegetables and even swapped out the tartar sauce for mayo which we paid EXTRA to get more tartar sauce on the sandwich. I am only writing a review for this incident as it is absolutely ridiculous that we had to wait 35 minutes and receive multiple errors in our order. Thank you.

Great wings! The wings were big and meaty. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside. They were nice and saucy. The gentleman who took our order was very nice and funny. It is a small place. We chose to try this place instead of the chain nearby. We made the right choice.

Cluck u been good since i moved here until new worker came here white boy short chubby very slow bad worker and messing food up wasting time and money knowing I ordered a classic burger and waited 30 min to him telling me it’s burnt and he can’t make another one and had to give me money back and then prior to this I ordered on the phone and waited 15 min on hold while driving there and he kept hanging up n said there’s customers here when u went right inside there was one person eating he does answer the phones either ! This message is to the owner if you don’t fire him! He is going chase your customers out I been a long time customer and won’t return as I see him here ! And to everyone ordering here stay away I just left the restaurant at 4:08 pm may 7 2026 and as the guy telling me he burnt the burger everyone on line walked out and didn’t order ! Customer service is bad !it shouldn’t take 30 min to fry 8 pcs chicken and 1 burger ! It takes 8min 10 tops ! This is wild upsetting and shorted my order for dinner !!

The guy at counter there was very friendly, gave amazing recommendations and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Sauces are top tier.

I was dreading a visit to Home Goods with my wife when I spotted a Cluck U across from the Walmart in East Stroudsburg. I had to check it out as this was our go-to snack after a night of partying at UMD.
I had the Thermonuclear wings and my wife had the buffalo. The Thermonuclear were good but not as hot as I remembered- my eyes used to tear up and I would break a sweat eating them in college. They didn't have the 911 wings back then (their hottest flavor), so maybe they lowered the heat on the Thermos- or maybe my tolerance for spicy is much higher now? The wings also had way more sauce than I remembered- make sure you get extra napkins before diving in!
The chicken wings themselves were excellent quality- large wings and drumsticks, so large that we took some home.
Nice snack that brought me back to my college days.

Darren f was an amazing and very patient worker for cluck u in east Stroudsburg pa on 107 brown st. Even while having a very very busy night he still was able to service me and others all at the same time with a great attitude smile on and very very very professional love the service and love the hospitality

Food was awful. Never got my fries. And chicken was cold and nothing but bread. The manager was no help after going back in saying my food was not up to standards and the manager on duty on the 21st working late night shift denied my request for a remake of my order. Manager also gave myself and a guest of mine an issue with completing our alcohol purchase as well. Terrible late night joint and terrible manager. CORPORATE PLEASE READ THIS AND ACT!

Disgusting. Ordered rice and beans YUCK. Zero flavor NOTHING. Mac and cheese YUCK. Disgusting. Zero flavor. Fried mushrooms 5 out of 10. Overall rating YUCK. I want my money back and I ordered on UBER EATS. YUCK!!!

Was expecting a home in the wall, but this place was amazing. Food was terrific, staff was super friendly, especially Seth. Very clean. It's 45 minutes away, but we are already planning our next trip back just to go there!
