Lately its been taking forever to get my order they would say its ready on its way and take 30/45min from the time it comes out totaling over 1 hour to 1 hour and half at times food been so cold as well and always something wrong with my orders many times not just once and i said ok maybe if i pick it up in person it would be faster but not even the pizza says ready for pick up and im still waiting on my pizza and it would come back cold or mistreated with sauce and cheese everywhere...read full review
Placed order at 601pm and tracke was showing a 37 to 47 minute delivery time. It's now 718pm and still no delivery. Finally got the delivery at 749pm. Pizza looks like it was sat on by someone, wings and cheese bread cold. Called and asked for the manager to complain about the food. Was told that the gm will call me back to work out the problem. Worst order ever and never will I be ordering from there.

Horrible customer service! Won't let you speak to a manager. Manager says they don't have time to deal with complaint so let's just file a complaint with corporate instead!
