“I really enjoy the Dunkin experience. The app is easy to use and Dunkin runs lots of special offers. We use the drive thru.
I have tried donuts from other local stores, but for my area Dunkin is the best place to go for donuts. I also enjoy the current breakfast deal, coffee, hash browns and a bagel with bacon egg and cheese for $6.
My daughter loves the Dunkin coffees.
There is just one issue I wish would change. At the pick up window, they open the window hand you the food and close the window, even before they give you the complete order.
There has been countless times when my hubby leaves at that point, without the complete order. I do not live close to Dunkin, and it's very hard to go all the way back to pick up one donut. Then when we do get back there, no apology, no compensation.
It's an easy issue to fix...
The pick up window should remain open until the order has been completed. Or the Dunkin worker could say, I'll be right back with the rest of your order, please wait."
I feel this simple fix would greatly improve the customer experience at Dunkin.
So if you use this Dunkin make sure you have all of your order before you leave the Drive thru.“
“The service is great employees are friendly. The food is okay when they have what you ask for. They are out of stuff quite often.
My issue at the moment is they need to either not use their containers for multiple things or make sure they are cleaned well. Today the iced teas tasted like coffee. A waste of two large iced teas and my money.
Parking: There are very few parking spaces.“
“I do take outs. I like Double D. Most likely I figured, because I am a repeat customer, I get what I perceive as good service. Most Double D locations and cleanliness belong in the A circular.
Vegetarian options: There is nothing wrong to be a Vegan. There is also nothing wrong to be a beef eater. People have the ability to choose. They stay in their lane.
Parking: Nearly all Double D that I have patronized have adequately parking.“
