Dunkin' Donuts in Hackettstown

“Been here a lot over the years. Fast and easy service whether you order in person in the drive thru or on the app. Very friendly staff. Tasty coffee and donut flavors. I love their mochas and pumpkin spice lattes. Their hazelnut coffee is good too, but the flavor of it can be inconsistent. Sometimes sweet, sometimes not sweet. As someone who is sensitive to dairy, it's nice that they offer non dairy alternatives like almond and oatmilk. I will say that rarely the order wasn't right when ordering in the drive thru. But they make it right if that's the case, and I don't think I've had any issues with order accuracy when ordering on the app. Overall it's been a pleasant experience having coffee, donuts and bagels here.“

“Went to this new Dunkin location today because was feeling off today, and needed a pick me up. So I came in and ordered the new mixed berry refresher and two donuts. They made the drinks as soon as I ordered, but it wasn't too busy when I came in around early afternoon.

The worker after my drink and handed me my food. They gave me the donuts I picked out and told me they put an extra one in the bag for me. Which completely made my day of their small act of kindness.

I don't remember their name unfortunately, but I really appreciated them doing that, just wanted to write this to thank that worker! Although the location might be small area wise, that worker really made my day.“
