“Everything is amazing about this place. The baristas are extraordinarily nice. It is so cute inside and it’s not any more expensive than anywhere else. However I watched an old woman comment on the baristas nail polish. She was saying that men shouldn’t wear nail polish in her opinion ?? I just felt bad for the barista who was VERY nicely trying to do his job.“

“01/2/2022I asked for three frappes with almond milkThe caramel was like just crushed ice with whipped cream !!!And the vanilla one sweeter as I asked butThe milk probably was expired !!!Felt bad spending all this money for nothing!!!Some young ladies helping the times that I’ve been there but with that kind of attitude like they don’t feel good working there.One time I told the lady what I wanted extra for my Frappuccino and she didn’t even answer and I have to ask her if she listened to what I said ( she said yes )That’s not kind !!!Also It’s not first time !!!!!Probably not going there anymore !!!Gave 4 stars so hopefully they take care more of future customers later as I don’t like to make anybody look bad !!But needs attention!!!“

“Visited store number 1812 (Hackettstown, NJ) today and while I already did the survey on my receipt, I was SO impressed by the girl who took our order that I wanted to go further and make sure I left as much feedback as possible. She was super friendly taking my order on the drive thru line. When she was typing in the order and waiting for the computer to do something she even sang the ba-da-ba-ba-ba jingle from the McDonalds tv commercials! I felt like i was IN a McD’s tv spot! She legitimately put a smile on my face in my 10 seconds of interacting with her. I knew I wanted to leave feedback so when I pulled up to the window I asked her her name. She said, “Kira, like Shakira but without the Sha.” She MUST get people asking her name often and I imagine for the same reason as me. Keep up the positivity, Kira. You rock.“

“the amazing staff here is the best. i go all the time for coffee and the drive thru workers have gotten to know my kids lol went tonight for a coffee and saw they do diy donuts kit. they didnt have enoigh donuts for a full kit so they gave us 2 donuts, the frosting, and sprinkles for free! thanks guys!!“
